Pemberton Plumbing Heating & Electrical Services Ltd. Takes gas safety seriously. All of our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register and will have their official identity card when you ask to see it.

Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.
It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.

Highly recommended Craig did an excellent job he explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me also. Good mannered throughout his time on the job. I think he would be an ideal choice for elderly people who are worried about calling on trades people not knowing what they will get . He even took the time to tell us how to save money on our heating very fair with his price. Would highly recommend him fair prices great attitude and a tidy worker a genuine tradesman.

Brilliant Firm, Quick Response !!!
We've used Pemberton Plumbing, Heating & Electrical many times before mainly for boiler, cooker and gas fire servicing or replacing taps. This morning we had no hot water I knew the boiler needed filling to raise the bar level however when I came to turn the 2nd tap it just wouldn't turn no matter how I tried. Rang Craig from Pemberton Plumbing Heating & Electrical and after a short wait he'd released the tap and filled our boiler for us. When we asked how much we owed? Craig said it was ok he hadn't come out to get paid just as a favour. Of course we wouldn't let him get away without paying him anything, but how many business men would have said this. (Not Many) A brilliant professional young man who you can rely on to come out when he says he will. The last time he came to service our boiler he checked our smoke alarm as an extra and we were surprised the battery was flat. As pensioners it's nice to know he cares about his customers welfare. Thank you Craig for this morning we really appreciated your quick response.

Having had 2 different plumbers out to find the problem with my central heating. both said the boiler was fine and there must be a leak in the system. As it was no better after using sealant, I called Pemberton Plumbing. Craig identified the problem in the boiler. He was very efficient and professional. He also explained a lot about the boiler and gave me very good advice on saving money. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service from Patrick. Came to fit new shower, very polite, excellent job, no mess. Very thorough in making sure everything worked and I knew how to work it and advised on guarantee etc, done at exactly the time booked, on the day booked for the amount quoted. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Craig fitted my Worcester Bosch boiler and comes every year for its annual service He always explains what he is doing and gives tips on adjustments to make to get most heat from the radiators and save money on the bill. He has also fitted a new toilet and exchanged two radiators for me after some alterations. If I ever need a plumber he is the one I will call.

I rang for an appointment and was allocated a slot to suit in the same week. Craige was friendly, courteous and worked tidily as always. He explains what he was doing each step of the way and all the safety checks. Knowing the system is working well gives peace of mind. Had a burst pipe from the outside tap and in the process of us sorting this we managed to damage the stop tap. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name, maybe Craig but i may be wrong. I really appreciated him coming out as plumbers are so busy this time of year. All sorted, thank you so much. Hopefully I won’t need you again but if I do I won’t hesitate to use you again.

This is the third time I have used Pemberton plumbing. The first two times Craig did the work fitting our boiler and then fixing an issue with our toilet. Very knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. This time I have been overseeing the development of a house for my son, so contacted Pemberton plumbing again. This time Craig allocated Patrick to do our work and I'm delighted to say it was just the same, excellent from start to finish. Patrick fitted a full gas central heating system including a Worcester Bosch boiler. Nothing was too much trouble, he even came back out to remove one of the radiators to make painting easier. Always on time and when he was running late one day phoned to let me know. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pemberton plumbing. Honest, reliable and well priced. Thanks again Patrick for all your hard work.

Craig was easy to contact and helpful on the 'phone. He was later than he originally indicated but did contact me to explain the delay. He was obviously very knowledgeable about his subject and went to some lengths to explain what he was doing. The cost was a little less than I expected.

I was referred from Worcester Bosch website to use Pemberton Plumbing Heating and Electrical for my boiler service. They were accredited Worcester installers and local to me. Craige and Patrick arrived on time, did the job professionally, without fuss or mess and left the job area spotless. Excellent service like they provided is a thing which, unfortunately, these days is a rare commodity. My heating/plumbing and electrical needs in the future are now sorted, thanks to Craige and Patrick.

We recently moved house and I decided I would have the boiler serviced for peace of mind coming up to winter. I have used Craige at my previous property to install and service my gas boiler and now wouldn't use anyone else. The service was completed and Craige explained a few issues he had found and the reasons they need fixing and has arranged to give me a quote to remedy things and will arrange a time for next week. He also explained in detail how to use the system and controls to the best advantage. Craige is extremely easy to deal with, has great communication skills and always explains everything in an easy to understand way. I fully trust and recommend him.

I called Craige to check my daughter's central heating as it would not turn off. The house was 32 degrees and truly unbearable. Craige / Patrick arrived within 15 minutes! Firstly offering to remove their shoes which is rare these days. He looked at the complicated heating system, complete with hot water cylinder and disabled the remote underfloor heating control Nest system as this was overriding the Heating control panel for the entire house. Brilliant customer service and friendly and empathetic towards situations. Would highly recommend and use it again, whether it's for a new boiler, servicing or other plumbing work required. Can't thank them enough.

Had Craig and Patrick fit a new boiler to our home. What a superb job they did. They covered carpets and worked very efficiently and cleaned up after the job was completed. They were very pleasant to speak to. On completion Craig spent time with us explaining how the control system worked and made sure we understood before he left. He also registered the system for us. Would recommend Pemberton plumbing and electrical to friends and family.

I was referred from the Worcester Bosch website to use this company to carry out my annual boiler service, because it is an accredited installer/repairer and it was local to me. Rang Craig and booked the appointment. The job was completed to my total satisfaction. It was done thoroughly, professionally and all my questions were answered fully with brilliant knowledge. Everything was left neat and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. A first class job in every respect, needless to say, when it comes to Heating, Plumbing or Electrical, it'll only be Craig that I'll be ringing. Great job. !!

Craig and Patrick fitted a new boiler for me after mine broke and left me with no water or heating for 7 days and a lot of stress! They attended in quick time to survey and fit after I contacted them, they were considerate, friendly, helpful and communicated everything to me very well. I ended up with better heating than I had ever had so was very pleased! I would recommend to anyone their local friendly quick service. Serviced the heating boiler and also checked other existing has appliances. Found a fault with the gas fire and capped the gas supply. All as part of the cost of the service. Supplied and fitted a new room thermostat. Friendly and efficient service they are a pleasure to deal with. So satisfied we have booked next year's service.
