We used Peter's services twice after entering into proceedings to purchase our first home - once to do an electrical installation condition report (EICR) prior to purchase, and after purchase to fix the issues he had flagged. Throughout our email correspondence Peter was always very professional and helpful, and we were able to schedule the work at very short notice, which was great! Prices were reasonable as well. For the 2nd part of the work my partner actually met Peter in person, and she told me he was a delight, very friendly with a great sense of humour and absolutely knew what he was doing.
