Ian quickly responded to my enquiry and gave a thorough explanation of the issue on my roof and the work that was necessary to repair it. The roof was leaking and so Ian attended the job within a couple of days. He was knowledgeable, professional and transparent in how he quoted and the work he completed was to the highest standard and at a fair price. He kept me informed throughout the job and took photographs of the work he did.

Woke up one morning after heavy rain with water coming through ceiling Ian was quick to respond and carry out temporary repairs but it was clear that the roof which is nearly 100 years old would need replacing. As soon as the weather allowed Ian and his team got organised and worked safely and efficiently with minimal disruption to our lives. The work was professionally carried out and we were kept informed of daily progress and plans for following day. We’re very pleased with the finished product. The team were always polite and helpful they are a credit to the company and I would happily recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Pinnacle replaced the whole roof on our detached house. They scheduled the work to avoid some bad weather and once they started they were really efficient and ensured that any parts of the roof being worked on were waterproofed before they left. They worked their way round the roof in a really efficient way and replaced sections of it at a time. They arranged scaffolding, skips & specialist equipment at specific times during the 8 day job and even resourced up when they needed an extra person on busy days. They even added some insulation in our loft while it was exposed and hoovered the loft to remove tile debris. Overall we were really pleased with how efficient, tidy, respectful and friendly they were. Great job.

Ian has done a great job replacing the roof to our front bay and the vertical tiling below it. He's a highly personable chap - as are the rest of his team - and will see his way round to sorting any challenge. In our case this involved working with the team pointing our property and arranging changes to the scaffolding to be able to do the work. As well as the tiling, the project involved quite a lot of lead work and this too was first class. Ian will be our first port of call for any future roofing work and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Once again Ian has come to my rescue with his timely, friendly and entirely trustworthy service. After roofing problems were uncovered on a survey commissioned by prospective buyers Ian organised scaffolders and was up on the roof of my five storey building within a week or so. Fixing tiles, lead capping the firewalls and sorting out the ridge tiles. Brilliant! I highly recommend his services - do not hestate to call him.

I called Ian to advise on a problem in the front slope of my slated roof which was letting water in above the first-floor windows. He identified and explained the problem and the proposed solution to me in clear and understandabe terms, recommending less radical, and thus considerably less expensive, work than had previously been recommended by another contractor, providing what I considered to be a fair and competitive quote. When the initial timing of the work was necessarily delayed because of storm Eunice, Ian kept me fully up to date with his plans and the delay was kept to a minimum. Ian and his team started work the day after the scaffolding was erected, stripping the front section of the roof slope, replacing felt, battens and lead valleys and replacing the tiles. The work was completed to the expected timetable, unintrusively and with the minimum of disruption, with the site left scrupulously tidy at the end of each day. Throughout the job Ian was courteous, friendly and communicative, explaining clearly what he was doing as he went along, and taking trouble to source matching replacement tiles so that the final repair is barely noticeable externally. His experience and knowledge of his subject is very obvious and it is clear that he takes great pride and pleasure in doing a good job. Ian, his some Luke and their colleague were a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't have a moment's hesitation in engaging this firm again nor in recommending them to others.

The roof of my attic dormer was damaged during storm Eunice. I was on the phone to Ian whilst the tiles were falling! He inspected the damage the next day and gave me an estimate. The work was completed within a few days of my acceptance. Ian was professional and courteous throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
