We booked a call out at 5 pm and the very next day the problem was seen to and fixed. Such a professional and reliable company. Special thanks to Leon and Paul who went above and beyond to help. We had a blocked drain due to tree roots which not only did Leon and Paul clear, they also used the camera to check if there were any other issues that may cause further problems. Fortunately there wasn’t. They were so thorough and proactive. We will 100% be recommending them to family and friends. Very reasonable price too. Thank so much Pipescan!

Pipescan replaced our septic tank with a treatment tank with extensive piping to the watercourse. It was a huge job, with the most involved parts of the project undertaken in heavy rain. The whole team, led by Mike's expertise, were excellent throughout taking great care to keep the site safe for my young children, keeping us informed of developments, asking ahead of any decisions, and understanding our needs and that of our neighbours. Long story short, we couldn't have asked for more. Thoroughly recommended.

I contacted Pipescan after the company was recommended to me by a work colleague. We had a blockage in the underground waste pipe and the developing smell was not very pleasant. Chris arrived on time and quickly identified the problem and got to work. The blockage was identified and removed. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient at his work as well as being extremely friendly and chatty as he explained what the issue had been and showed me the problem and results on the CCTV equipment. Called due to an overflowing inspection chamber, and despite leaving a message saying it wasn't an emergency situation, received a call back within 10 minutes offering a visit later the same evening. Was called by Chris from his van 5 mins before arrival, and he cleared the blockage quickly. Then went the extra mile by carrying out a CCTV inspection at no extra charge, which identified a potential root cause (no pun intended). Rather than touting for additional business, he explained the rules on ownership of drains which meant that I should be able to get the offending root ingress fixed FOC by the water authority. Pipescan replaced my old septic tank with a water treatment plant. The work was completed well before the allotted time and within budget. The team did an excellent job and left the site very neat and tidy. They were good at communicating with me in the lead up to the work being carried out and they dealt with all the local authority building regs issues. I was left with the strong impression that this is a firm that prides itself in doing a good job and they arrived on site with a well-prepared plan of action. I have already recommended Pipescan to my neighbour, who also needs to replace a septic tank. Readers should note that I live about 100 miles away from the firm and have no connection with them.

Don’t usual leave reviews but had to say something. What a Great company to deal with, from initial telephone call to fixing the blocked drain took just over a couple of hours. Everything was explained when we rang from job price with no hidden extras to estimated time which they fulfilled. The staff member was very friendly, professional and cleaned everything. So pleased to have found such excellent company. No hesitation to recommend them.

Even though the job involved some unforeseeable extra work, Pipescan only charged a very modest increase in price. The access conditions were difficult, but the site was left tidy after the new sewage treatment plant was installed and they kept us well informed of what they proposed to do. Very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, competent, professional and friendly.

When our drains started to overflow I was unsure of who to call out and initially thought of Dyno-rod however, having read mixed reviews I remembered 'Which Trusted Traders' and found Pipescan Ltd, who had numerous, exclusively positive comments. I phoned and spoke to Matt, who was very helpful in arranging an appointment. Chris arrived, as arranged, to sort out our drain problem and even though the blockage turned out to be roots, which could be seen on the camera, he managed to cut them out and the job was done successfully. Chris then cleaned the area thoroughly. This company really know their stuff and the cost was very reasonable too. Very nice, reliable and friendly people to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend!! I will sleep tonight!!

Very prompt call out (within 10 minutes!) to my elderly parents blockage and a very conscientious job done by Chris to located the problem in a tricky set of pipes. I can honestly say that this company is up there with some of the best. Despite weather conditions, totally beyond their control slowing the work down, in the end they managed to Install a flood water defence in front of my property and install suitable drainage in some of the coldness of weather. Pipescan surveyed and fixed a drainage problem on our property. We spoke a lot with Mike and Jamie who came to survey the problem and find a solution. They were clearly very knowledgable and experienced. During the repair the whole team were so friendly and polite and just got on with the job. Thanks to Matt and the team at Pipescan Ltd for a prompt arrival after initial call-out and an accurate diagnosis of the problem effecting a sewage & waste water drain at my property. They then returned at their earliest opportunity to carry out the required underground repairs in a professional manner and even offered to un-block the drain if required during the time between diagnosis and finished repair. I can not praise Pipescan enough we had an emergency flood and they attended within an hour and temporarily sorted the problem. within a couple of days they returned to complete the job. This is the second time I have used Which trusted traders and was once again impressed at the standard of the trader. They came out very promptly to remove the immediate problem of the collapsed manhole cover which had created a blockage and made it safe. They advised me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could complete the job which I appreciated their honesty. They did complete in 3 weeks and the job is of a very good standard. Would recommend.
