After an emergency repair to our domestic wiring I asked PJC to find the root cause and make a definitive repair The electrician let me know 30 minutes before he arrived within the half day slot. He found the problem which was a nail misplaced cable clip that pierced the cable in the attic space. He completed the repair and replaced the insulation and vacuumed all areas where he had worked Very impressed with punctuality, time taken and tidiness after job completion.

I would recommend PJC every time. From the initial booking process with Catherine (who sets the standard for great customer service) right through to job completion and invoicing, PJC showed complete professionalism with a friendly personal touch. Even the final email was more about checking I was happy with the quality of work rather than a one liner requesting payment. You generally feel that you are talking to people who care rather than someone with a sales target. Fantastic company/people :)

I’ve been using this company for years and should have written a review long ago. I truly can’t praise their service highly enough. Today’s visit was to replace a bathroom fan, which Ed handled with his usual skill and efficiency. But just before Christmas I also had a genuine emergency when my power kept tripping throughout my property and the breaker would no longer reset. Even though they were fully booked, the lovely Catherine assured me they would find a way to help — and they did. Fast response, excellent workmanship, and honest billing. You really can’t go wrong.

This was our first time using PJC electrical services, and we were very happy with the whole experience. Starting with our enquiry, we received great communication with their office, followed by a fast visit to provide a quotation. The quote was submitted to us the same day, and once we confirmed that we would like to go ahead, the process was very easy and pleasant. The work was carried out over 2 days, and the engineer who attended was punctual, polite, tidy and carried out great workmanship. I can confirm that we will be contacting them again for additional work in the very near future.
