About

PKL Roofing Ltd is a family owned business. I have been a roofer for the last 30 years and pride myself on hard work, attention to detail and ensuring quality is of the highest order. I am a 'Which Trusted Trader' and my apprentice and I, will carry out a thorough and professional job however small or large.

I am a professional in all types of roofing: Flat Roofs, Pitched Roofs, Rubber Roofs, Lead Roofs, Liquid Roofs, GRP and Shingle Roofs. You name a roof, I have experience in it.

I am also a 'Velux Certified Installer' and many years installing Velux windows of all types. I work with structural engineers for customers who require planning permission and building control sign offs.

I can provide a full service including structural engineering visits, structural working drawings and deal with architects for architectural specifications. I can also provide carpentry, plastering and decoration to complete the final project.

I am a one-stop shop.

Paul took over from previous roofers who had destroyed our roof and pretty much abandoned us with a leaking roof. He waterproofed everything and then got on with redoing the flat roof, putting in insulation, changing our skylights, redoing our gutters, etc. He did a great job and kept us updated throughout the process, sending us pictures at the end of every day to show how the work was progressing.

Paul and his team were so helpful and efficient. Paul came round himself to give an estimate really quickly and fully explained all that was required to repair my leaking roof. The job was not straightforward as solar panels needed taken off and put back and there were more broken tiles than expected but Paul worked through all weather to get the work done quickly and efficiently. Excellent quality work, really friendly people. Highly recommend

Paul Newell was a tireless worker who solved problems that other traders had refused to deal with. He explained every step of the work, and set out alternatives where possible. He was flexible in dealing with unforeseen issues during the replacement of our roof, and was always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
