I had an air-source heat pump installed by Steve and was extremely pleased with the way that he and his team went about carrying out the work. Steve is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and comes across as more than happy to explain and discuss the pros and cons of different options - but always ultimately left me as the client to decide what it was that I wanted. I found that he was able to put across his knowledge and advice clearly and in an accessible way. Steve carried out a heat-loss report on the house prior to us committing to any work - so that we'd be well informed with regards to whether or not an air-source heat pump would be appropriate for us and our property. The team clearly worked very hard to carry out the work swiftly and to the highest of standards. Steve kept us well informed of the progress of the work and of any issues - and regularly consulted me if there were any specific decisions to be made while the work was being carried out. The heating system has worked really well since being installed and Steve and Nathan have have been easily contactable for me to discuss any queries since the work was carried out. We couldn't be happier with the work and service Steve and the team have provided and would highly recommend you speak with him or his team if you are considering having any work done.

We had our gas boiler replaced by heat pump under the BUS scheme. The whole thing was a very positive experience for us. Steve and his team were super helpful and responsive. The system specified was carefully designed to meet our requirements re location, and they designed with a smaller heat pump and lower flow temperature than others we asked to quote. The work was completed on time and to a clearly high standard; our installation team were clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and wanted to work to the highest quality they could. The system works well - there were a few little niggles (some a result of my choices) but Steve was able to help get them resolved, including a particular challenge with the domestic hot water settings. Overall, very impressed - would definitely use them again, and recommend to others considering making the switch.

A pretty much professional outfit from start to finish. The work done was some of the highest standard I have seen in this profession. The heat pump is Top quality, we love it. It was a great decision to go for this system but more to the point such a great firm to have around your home. Fully explained what they were doing and it just went like clockwork. I can't get over the professionalism of these people. We are just so delighted with what they have done.

Plug Me In' fitted an Airsource Heat Pump and Associated Cylinder & three new radiators. PMI have always done exactly what they said they would do on the days that they said they would do it. They have always cleaned up after their work and have promptly rectified any problems.
