Plug Me In

I had an Indra Pro EV charger installed, along with the isolator, earthing etc. I've tried to access the invoice but it was sent as a link which has now expired so I can't open it

The first contact was simple enough and a technician came to confirm my photos and measurements of the installation site this then started the process which involved a phone call to my local service supplier to install an isolater switch and up graded fuse in my meter box, after this was completed i then arranged a suitable day and time for the engineer to fit the charging point, i had a phone call before they arrived and the installation took about 4 hours. Before we tested the system with the car and the App required to administer the charging point, once i was happy it all worked and i knew how to operate the App the engineer left everything tidy and gave me a contact number if there were any problems which was not needed. All in all a very good experience from beginning to end.

The installation of a electric vehicle charger. After dealing with several EV Charger instalation companies, Plug Me In was the only organisation that explained why I was having problems getting the EV charger installed, the problem was that my property was on a shared mains electricity supply with my neighbours propery called a looped supply and that an EV Charger could not be installed until my property had been disconnected from my neighbours and a new supply installed to my neighbours property, this was done free of charge from National Grid. As soon as the un-looping of my electrical supply had been done by National Grid we had a propt EV installation by Plug Me In, the work was carried out to my satisfaction and a few days later the work was inspected by Plug Me In and electrical installation certificate was issued. A good job well done.

We used Plug Me In for an EV Charger installation. Customer service was excellent from the initial call through to the guys on site doing the installation. They stuck around until I'd got the EV charger app working too. Installation was neat and without mess. All in all a great experience, highly recommend!

Plug Me In installed an air source heat pump and water cylinder at our property in the summer of 2023. We had searched for quite a while to find an installer that met our requirements. The price quoted was really competitive and the advice prior to installation was really impressive - we were confident that the system was going to meet our needs. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and every step of the way was explained to us. Disruption was kept to a minimum and the team of people at our home were really friendly. Once the system was commissioned it was all explained to us and I've always felt more than able to contact Plug Me In to ask questions. It's only recently, later in the year, that we've needed our heating so the team have been out to help us make sure that it is setup correctly in advance of the winter. All in all we're delighted with the care and attention taken to install our system. We would certainly recommend Plug Me In to others. Excellent work!

Everything went according to plan I made my appointment with plug me in, we arranged a date the engineer arrived on time very smartly dressed. He carried out the installation keeping me unformed at every stage cleared away any mess he showed me how the product worked and downloaded the app that went with the product. I would definitely recommend Plug me in.

What an outstanding organisation. They were the only company who came out to survey my requirements which was complicated as my garage is one of 12 in an apartment complex.
