Plumb-Line had in previous years carried out service/repair work at my Elderly Mothers Home (Disabled, no speech etc..) all organised by my Sister. Following a failure of the heating system I had to contact the Company as my Sister was abroad. From the first call, updates provided & prioritised service & meeting the Engineer at my Mums home exceeded my expectations by a mile. Bang on time, polite, considerate & fully informative - on the basis of my experience I honestly wouldn’t call any other Company in preference.

Plumb line was a very good company at helping to improve my home. Lorena was absolutely lovely and explained the whole process. She was always happy to answer any questions and replied to emails quickly. The company was able to work around my busy work schedule to complete the work. All of the different people that worked on the house were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company again.

I have to confess I was terrified of the whole project. I selected Plumb-Line from the list after carefully checking them out, but was still very worried the process would be messy and, because it was done on a grant, I wasn't sure how professionally it would be done. I am delighted to say Plumb-Line were incredibly polite, friendly and utterly professional from start to finish. They worked very quickly, clearing up any mess at the end of each day. They took into consideration where I wanted the pipework and explained fully the process as it happened. I am so pleased with the way this job went, and delighted with the heat pump. We have used Plumb-line in the past and always found them professional, knowledgeable, and kind when dealing with our queries. Recently, Plumb-line retrofitted a whole central heating system and loft insulation for an elderly relative. The standard of the work was outstanding from all members of their team, and we highly recommend them.

Plumbline were great. We worked with them for nearly a year, gaining funding then installing a ASHP and solar panels with new radiators. They had a great ‘can do’ attitude and helpful. Lorena was the star!

Plumb-line arrived on the day promised and fitted a new air sourced heat pump to our property. They were able to maintain hot water throughout the 4 days of work and we only lost heating for 2. Ishtar - for which they supplied fan heaters. The workers were really thoughtful and went the extra mile to make things easy. They were very organized and everything was clean each night. The end result is a really nice looking installation, well insulated outside and working very well. A pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend this company and will be using them again for replacing the heating in my daughter’s flat.

I have just had a new boiler and cylinder fitted in my home by Plumb-line. The service from this company is first class. Adrian came out on time did my initial survey and knew exactly what he was talking about. He then followed with a quote which he carefully explained. Lorena and Ollie in the office are very polite and helpful and assisted with booking the work in. Mark, Brad and Kevin came to the house and again were on time. They were polite and tidy and very professional and did an excellent job on time. You won't get a better Plumbing Company anywhere in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.

Have just had a Mitsubishi 14kw heat pump installed by Plumb-line and have to say everything about the service was first class. From Adrian doing the initial survey to Lorena and Ollie sorting out the paperwork to Mark, Kevin, Brad and Brodie installing the full system everyone was knowledgable, courteous and just a pleasure to work with. It was a somewhat complex installation as my old oil boiler only did the central heating and not the hot water whereas my heat pump now does both. So floorboards needed lifting to relocate pipes etc. But the guys refitted the carpet afterwards and left everything exactly as they found it. They took all my old radiators and old boiler away and vacuumed leaving everything spotless. They also coped admirably with my over-excited Labrador throughout the process. A great team, would thoroughly recommend.

Plumb-line installed an Air Source Heat Pump to replace our aging oil boiler. The team was thorough and very patient while we used up most of the oil before the installation began after the initial visit, survey and quotation had been done. This took some four or five months. When we did agree any dates, such as for the survey and then the installation, personnel arrived promptly as promised. They were uniformly polite, patient, respectful, helpful and very clean and tidy in their work. We did not have to do any special cleaning afterwards, despite the extensive changes made to the system and even the house! Any question was answered carefully, whether by the face-to-face people or those in the office. Nothing was too much trouble. When the pump stopped working the day after it was set going, arrangements were made immediately for the earliest possible visit by an engineer. (The problem was due to 'gunk' in the system from retaining the old pipes; the strainer had done its job and needed emptying.) The engineer took time to go over all the system and controls and to explain it all to us again. We would be happy both to recommend this firm and to use them again ourselves.

Plumb-Line have installed an air source heat pump and removed my gas boiler and gas hob. Adrian did a thorough survey, explained how the system worked and offered several options, fully explaining the pros and cons. A provisional start date was set and as soon as my grant was approved, the team arrived on time each day and completed the installation within the week as predicted. The ‘plant’ and pipe work is all neat and tidy. Protection for my carpets was provided and the team did a superb job of clearing up and cleaning. There is a very clear display and control panel which was explained and demonstrated. I now have hot water and central heating at exactly the temperatures I want. Plumb-Line will provide an annual service, and I can contact them if I have any questions. I could not have asked for more.

Plumb line have recently replaced my oil boiler and installed a new water tank system. They have been highly efficient throughout the whole process. I asked for estimates for both an oil boiler and an air source heat pump and Adrian, the MD, provided me with all the required information about both systems without any pressure whatsoever and with the utmost patience over a period of three months. The team who carried out the installation always arrived on time and were polite and highly efficient and completed the work in the prescribed time. I was invoiced for payment for exactly the amount I had been quoted. I can recommend the entire team at Plumb Line and would certainly instruct them to carry out any work I might require in the future.

Plumb-Line installed a replacement oil combi-boiler at my home. The service they provided throughout was impeccable - all personnel from first contact to final installation could not have been more professional and helpful. The price quoted was accurate and competitive and the various options available to me were discussed fully enabling me to make an informed decision as to boiler type and make. The fitters arrived promptly as scheduled and the work was completed on time and to to a high standard. I have my gas central heating changed over air source heating, their quality of work is so neat and perfect, I have the father and son Pickering and they are amazing, I have two disabled daughters with mental health problems as well, and the put my daughters first, they worked everything around my daughter and put them at ease. I will always use Plumb-Line from now on.

Our 20-year-old boiler started leaking two weeks before Christmas & a repair was clearly not economically viable. I contacted them & he came the following day to discuss our needs & to assess the work involved in installing a new boiler. A comprehensive quote followed, detailing all the work to be done & the extras we had asked for, plus a list of alternative boiler options to consider. The price was the most competitive we received from the four heating companies we approached. As we were concerned about the old boiler failing completely over the holiday period, the helpful office staff arranged an urgent installation & the job was expertly carried out in a day by Jason, the heating engineer, & a new thermostat & timer fitted a few days later by the electrician. Both were very courteous & tidy workers. At the end of the job all necessary documentation & safety certificates were provided & the company registered the boiler on our behalf. Everything was completed a few days before Christmas. We could not be more pleased. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional & customer-focused company.

We obtained three quotes for the removal of a troublesome wall mounted central heating oil boiler located in the downstairs washroom, to be replaced by a free-standing boiler located 10 metres away from the house. We decided upon Plumb-Line initially because they carried out a detailed and thorough site survey despite darkness falling. His grasp of our requirement and reservations put us at ease immediately. The quotation followed quickly and while was not the lowest priced it’s detail content reassured us further. We asked Plumb-Line to carry out the work. The installers arrived at the scheduled time - despite contending with the traffic between Northampton and Burford, and within two days the work was completed, system tested and commissioned. The guys were very businesslike and considerate, facing the challenges head on. We are extremely grateful to them for their thought, multi-skills and overall professionalism. Thank you guys.

Cannot speak more highly of the company. Work included removing existing 'wet-electric' system and installing a new oil-fired boiler with all associated heating and hot water equipment. The entire job was was carried out to the highest standards from initial quote to final commissioning. It was completed within the stated time and budget, with minimal disturbance either to us or our property and all mess was cleared after each day's work. All tradespeople arrived promptly, were unfailingly polite, professional and helpful, answering all our queries simply and clearly and were a delight to have on-site. Would recommend without hesitation.

From start to finish this company gave excellent service. Starting from Aidrian coming out to do the quote, the engineers doing the work. Polite, clean workers. Also the sales team keeping me up to date. I cannot praise them enough and will definitely recommend them.

I ordered the boiler on the Wednesday. Installation date would be in a little over a week or so. Adrian had provided a quote a few days before and the customer service seemed very good, he was keen to ensure I understood everything and to provide what I wanted. The boiler broke down completely on the Sunday. Adrian came out on the Monday and tried to fix it but was unable to revive it. As I was without heating or hot water they managed to obtain the boiler I wanted overnight and it was installed on the following Wednesday. The 2 guys who installed it, Sam & George were very pleasant and professional. Pretty good service by any standards. Thanks to all who made it possible.

We were very impressed by the team of Mark, Lewis and Kevin. Not only were they extremely professional in the work they carried out, but they were also very considerate about our needs - especially those of my youngest daughter who is severely learning and physically disabled. Unlike some contractors, Mark and his team were anxious to fit around our schedule rather than expect us to fit in with theirs. At every stage, they discussed the installation and offered proposals to make life easier for us. Mark explained the workings of the new system very clearly so that we could understand how it functioned, As a result we were able to make programme and other minor changes without any problems. My wife was particularly impressed that the team left the house in an immaculate condition at the end of each working day and at the end of the contract. It made a real difference!

Plumb-Line Contracting Limited recently installed a new combi boiler. They were highly recommended by a friend. They discussed our requirements and sent a quote the next day. The boiler was installed very quickly which was much appreciated as they are so busy. A very professional service in every respect. The staff were very smart, extremely kind and polite and friendly. The did an excellent job with very little disturbance. They tidied up as they went along and left everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the new boiler and all the help and information provided. I would highly recommend this company and should the need arise to contact them for further work.

I contacted Plumb line on the 15th of December asking if they could install a new boiler for me before Christmas. They came the next day and got a quote soon after. The boiler was fitted on the 23rd. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and keen to do a perfect job. Very satisfied.
