. Engineers/ plumbers were respectful of property, clean and tidy and polite . The work was drawn out because parts had to be ordered and staff absence / sickness . Shared determination to get the boiler fixed, worked after 6 pm when they were working . Cost escalated, more than expected . Disappointing. . Appointment time to obtain quotation was short. Survey, by Ryan, appeared efficient and questions and answers both ways. Quotation supplied and accepted and job booked in. Fitter, Ryan, was polite, friendly, efficient and answered my queries and explained boiler, dials etc. I was most impressed.

4 November 2025. Ryan Holmes from Plumbgas fixed our leaking hot water pipe in the garage ceiling and flushed out two radiators in the living room. He was very professional and informative and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend this company.

First time we have used Plumbgas for our annual boiler service. From the lady who booked our appointment to the engineer who came to service the boiler everything was first class. George was friendly and efficient and explained everything he had done . Luckily the boiler had no problems. The invoice arrived promptly with several ways to pay and the report was comprehensive. I will definitely use Plumbgas for my service next year and will also use them for any plumbing problems in the future. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service as ever from Plumbgas - a new shower unit fitted to include new shower tray, aqua boards, easy clean glass doors and shower fittings. Timely, professional and competent service with the lovely Niall leading the charge on this occasion. Niall has splendid customer care skills and he went the extra mile to keep things on track, including heading off to Screwfix at the end of a hard day's work to get hold of the selected shower head/handset as there was just the one in stock. I hadn't originally asked for this but it was needed, hence the last minute dash to Screwfix. High quality, good old-fashioned service and competence. And lovely new shower to boot. Many thanks to the whole team who are all lovely and support Niall's approach to the work. No hesitation in recommending Plumbgas to anyone.

It was so hard to find a plumber so I was very happy to use Plumbgas Services and I have used them a few times now. They are well organised, turn up when they say they will and then do a really good job for a fair price. I’ve had a new expansion tank fitted, an inline water conditioner and a leak sorted. I was matched up PlumbGas by Heat Geek to install our Air Source Heat Pump. Heat Geek training shows through. They came to do the heat loss survey and talk me through all the work needed to upgrade our home heating. He was very helpful through the whole process, answering loads of questions, in the weeks and months leading up to the installation. The week of the install the PlumbGas team were fantastic, clean, tidy, very efficient and worked well together. It was a pleasure having them in the house! They come highly recommended!

Soggy ceiling in downstairs toilet

Saturday 4.30pm noticed ceiling in down stairs toilet had a large wet patch with black mouldy ring in the centre. Phoned Plumbgas (my plumber used since it started business years ago). Following a discussion mutually agreed that as there were no water drips on the floor there was no need to instigate emergency procedures and added costs and I was booked for the first call on the following Monday @ 0830hrs. Ethen duly arrived on time and proceeded a methodical investigation in the upstairs ensuite to find the problem. He subsequently found the leak in a flexy pipe to the sink which was repaired all in less than two hours with no damage to carpets or floor tiles. Plumbgas also recommended a plaster to replace the damaged ceiling which has now been arranged
