Everything was great We had a pump installed previously due to low water pressure but it was not appropriate for the house. Andy found a better solution for our needs. The installation was quick and considerate. Would highly reccomend.

If you ever wondered if good old fashioned efficiency, politeness, expertise and service existed anymore - well it does with Plumbline! Having been introduced to Plumbline by our shower pump supplier, Andy came to assess the problem which we then asked him to rectify after having received a very fair quote for the work. A date was arranged through Denise at their office. Like Andy, she was also very polite and efficient. Andy arrived on the day, and although it took quite a long time to do all the work, we hardly knew he was here. He was very thorough and neat & tidy whilst he was working. Highly recommend using them. Have used 3 separate plumbers in 2 years (Chingford based) and all have not completed the job properly. Plumbline sent an engineer called Andy out who was the most professional knowledgeable and nicest person. He is a credit to the company. Will now use them going forward and always ask for Andy. The admin staff who answer the phones and reply to emails are also really friendly and prompt compared to any other company I have used lately. Can't fault them at all & reasonably priced for the great service you get.

I was recommended Plumbline to help remedy a botched plumbing issues. I was in great distress but the customer service advisor (Denise) was very professional and empathic and was able to find a specialist plumber in my area to fix the botched work. Andy, the specialist plumber, came and assessed the botched work, and re-assured me that he would be able to fix it to a good standard. Appointment was made and he arrived on time, ensuring that he kept my home clean whilst completing the work. Andy came out to us when we had an issue with our Salamander mains water pump, and gave us some excellent advice on how to maximise our water pressure. When we then decided to follow that advice of course we called Plumbine - Andy came out and did the survey and didn't mind answering all of my questions so we where completely happy with the suggested solution. When he came out and did the job he was amazing - so professional and very tidy. Once the job was complete it was amazing it worked exactly as Andy said it would - we turned on both showers and taps in both upstairs bathrooms and the water pressure was excellent and did not change as we turned on more outlets. Brilliant job all round will definitely use he again.

Andy came out to fix our toilet on a Sunday as he had not been able to fit us in mid week.Denise in the office was hugely apologetic and very efficient explaining the delay.No wonder that he is so busy.He is a super competent plumber who charges fairly for his work in an industry where honesty is hard to come by.So kind to come out on a Sunday and he diagnosed and repaired the fault very quickly. Highly recommended.

Boiler broke down on a Friday. I choose Andy from the Gas safe website and also that he was very local. He came a couple of days later and spent about an hour going over the boiler, he said what was wrong and that they would call back with a quote. First thing the next morning I got a call back and I agreed to go ahead with the job. Parts had to be ordered and as it was an very old boiler I wanted reconditioned parts. A few days later Denise called to say that the parts had arrived and she booked me in. Andy arrived and spent a long time repairing the boiler, longer than we both expected. I was very pleased with the work. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable and a tidy workman. I will definitely be using Plumbline in the future, either to replace my old boiler which I have discussed briefly with Andy or to service it.

Initial visit made to assess work required by a detailed site survey of existing systems. Content of site survey was offered as a quotation and schedule. When agreed, work would commence as soon as the relevant staff member became available. Work was completed over a three-day period 23-25 September 2022. The tradesman worked alone, was meticulous over detail, knew exactly how to interpret the job content and schedule, and kept us informed throughout. At the end of each day, he ensured that we had a usable water supply. On the final day, he commissioned the new Salamander pump to ensure the system worked satisfactorily without leaks. He shared the information and operating procedure with us. Payment was not requested on completion of the work. An invoice was sent by email a few days later. We were happy with the result, so had no hesitation in sending a cheque for the value in full. The invoice was held at the price quoted for the work. So far, we have been totally satisfied with result and have not experienced any problems needing a revisit.

Andy came within a few hours of emergency call. He quickly diagnosed the problem the boiler. Once he had the correct part all was sorted at a suitable time for me. He works quietly and tidily with no fuss. Fantastic. I have used Plumbline over a number of years for emergency work and regular maintenance and always received professional and quality service.

They came out to look at a fault with my Salamander pump. They identified a number of issues which was great but then when asked to provide a quote for the remedial work they responded…. Unfortunately, due to our heavy workload we are not able to quote or carry out the work for you at this time. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Pretty disappointing that having been out and spent time diagnosing the issues they turned around to say that not only can they not do the work (even though I’d said to the repairman that we didn’t mind waiting) but they can’t even give a quote? I won’t be using them again.

We had a problem with a new pump which failed two weeks after being fitted by an engineer from another company who charged us a lot of money. Andy, from Plumbline, was a godsend. Initially, he was sent by the manufacturer to make an inspection, after which he worked on fitting a new pump. Not only that, he re-sited the pump to the utility room - a floor below the bathroom. Originally it was under the bath and therefore dangerous. There were other problems which Andy sorted out - eg a valve for the water tank had fallen into it. This required him to run a new pipe under floorboards in the bathroom and up an existing false wall. We thought a large part of the floor would have to come up but he cleverly cut a tiny piece of floorboard and a tiny bit of wall behind which he threaded a pipe up into the attic above. He did an amazing job. The man is a genius. He is also very nice, friendly, communicative, tidy, helpful and very reasonably priced. We are so grateful to him for carrying out the work so well. For the first time ever we feel confident about our plumbing.

We wanted to wait a month before submitting a review given past poor experiences received from other tradespersons. To install replacement water pump which serves a first floor maisonette with an en-suite shower and toilet on the second floor. Plumbline came (on behalf of Salamander) to inspect the location under stairs and provided recommendations to improve the existing plumbing, in order to validate the warranty which included installing a WSP kit. Despite our efforts over weeks to find a reliable plumber, we opted for Plumbline. Denise, on the helpline, was very courteous and helpful. A reasonable quote was given, but we had to wait for nearly 2 months (3 if counted from when we bought the original pump) for an appointment due to demand, COVID restrictions, and a temporary fuel crisis. Denise kept us updated during this time and it was well worth the wait. Works were completed in a timely manner by Andy with no mess left behind. Andy ensured all recommendations were addressed and he expertly overcame a slight challenge when trying to install the WSP kit. Andy clearly is a highly skilled tradesperson with longstanding experience in his field, which is hard to find amongst the "have-a-go-Youtuber's" that claim to be qualified. He provided helpful guidance on a basic understanding of the system and its aftercare which is now even making us consider enrolling to a home maintenance course. Would obviously recommend Plumbline to others.

Andy provided an outstanding service. The installation of a new shower pump threw up many unexpected issues, but he resolved these with great efficiency. He provided us with excellent advice throughout and was most reassuring. We felt extremely confident in his skill and professionalism. His last visit took nearly thirteen hours but he never complained once and made sure that we were happy with the end result. A boiler service was expertly carried out with great attention to detail. Problem with main toilet was attended to, on Easter Saturday, with expert diagnosis & repair. Job boxed off in a truly professional manner. Andy is a superb & thorough workman, whom I cannot recommend highly enough.

Andy had to reinstall / correct work another plumber had not done on a shower pump. He arrived at 10.30am and worked until 7.00pm and didn't stop for lunch or even a cup of tea. His knowledge of plumbing is exceptional. Very polite and courteous. Thanks to Andy I have an operational shower.

I Found my boiler leaking on Sunday afternoon and called Plumbline, Andy arrived in the evening after finishing another job. He identified The problem and advised that it was safe to use the boiler. He ordered the part and fitted as quickly as he could given the COVID 19 lockdown. Great service and expertise.

Andy came out on a Sunday and identified the problem correctly, after an emergency plumber had been unable to find out what was wrong and hence not been able to do anything useful. Andy informed me what was needed, bought the required item and got the boiler going the next day. The boiler needed further repair, which was done a week later, again to my total satisfaction. During the last few years Andy has done all my plumbing work and I have always been very satisfied.

I called Plumbline out to give me estimate for plumbing work. Andy came and was refreshingly honest when I showed him what needed doing. He said, I could take your money but it a very easy job you could do yourself. Took time and trouble to explain. I didn’t use him this time, but any more work I need done they would be my first choice.

This is the 3rd time we’ve used Andy as he is a very competent plumber and also a very nice man . He is polite , punctual , knows his trade and in our experience he always does a good job .
