I specialise in the repair, servicing and installation of boilers. I conduct gas safety checks on your appliances and install wireless heating controls. I also carry out the repair of your plumbing appliances, especially wc cisterns, taps, shower mixers and waste pipe blockages,etc.

The first time Tony helped out was after a valve lever broke off and water was leaking from it. Tony was able to come round within a couple of hours and fitted a new valve, much to my relief. Even though this was an 'emergency call out', the invoice was based on his standard hourly rate. A few weeks later I asked him to come back to mend three leaking taps and to move a garden tap. Again, his invoice was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Having been charged exorbitant amounts for poor quality work by plumbers in the past, it was a relief to find someone who turned up when promised, did a good job and charged a reasonable fee. It was a bonus that he is pleasant and tidies up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Tony serviced my boiler last year, and asked him to do the same this year, along with helping to identify and fix a very small leak for the boiler as I just couldn't figure out what was causing it. He was punctual, clean & tidy, wore a mask. Figured out the issue (caused by a less-than-perfect design from the original installers), fixed it and suggested a potential improvement (no hard sell at all). I found a small issue (unpredictable knock-on impact) to resolve after he'd left. He came back the day after I contacted him and fixed it, at no additional charge. All working well now. From my experience Tony is a competent, honest tradesman I can rely on. His costs are clear to see and while he might not be the cheapest, given his reliability and quality of work, I have no hesitation recommending him.

Not ideal
After a whole lot of back and forward, I asked if he would be ok to park in a car park around the corner to save me paying £45 for a Camden parking permit and he said "you will have to find another plumber".

The following is taken from our text conversation on my phone. You text me to see if I could "swing by" this morning Thursday 4th as your tenant had a sink leak. The back and forward was about who was paying for the job, you were phoning from an international number! You agreed with me that the tenant would pay and you would reimburse her. Then you changed the day to Monday... we agreed 9.30am. I text back to ask about parking, you text me back to ask for my Van Reg! Then you requested I park in Parliament Hill Lido carpark ( I not leaving my van full of tools in a unattended carpark ) Even my web site states who is responsible for parking. All my customers either have parking permits or use Camden's online facility and it doesn't cost £45. I fail to see what is wrong with me replying " You will have to find another plumber". So there you have it, Brendan Not Ideal...

We used a plumber to fit a new boiler but he was useless. So, we contacted Tony because of a friend's highly recommendation few years ago. Tony solved all problems which the previous plumber made. Tony is so professional. His response of our contact is very quick and his work is fantastic. We needed his help urgently because our kitchen sink has been blocked and we found water is leaking as well. So, we couldn't use water in the kitchen at all. So, we sent an email on Sunday even though we knew he is off work on Sunday. However, he replied the email to help us the following Morning. What we were so pleased was his reply. As you imagine, we had a relaxing Sunday evening. We rely on him so much.

Our 15 year old boiler has been rescued - Tony found the problem on the call out visit, and then proceeded to give us the alternatives with quotes including finding the parts needed. It was fixed on the second visit. He came on time and worked efficiently. No hesitation to use him again - he will be the first person we will call.

Our hot water was cutting out after a few minutes on full flow. Tony fitted us in quickly and promptly diagnosed the problem as a blockage in the hot water domestic heat exchange that needed a power flush and clean out. Also spotted that the auto-air vent needed replacing. We used another company to power flush as Tony didn't have the kit - this has fixed the problem.
