Where do I start? After meeting the MD of Poolman I was assured that the installation of my new liner pool would be stress-free, no issues as this was their "standard" installation and I would enjoy the experience. After nearly a year, the installation is still not complete. To make matters even worse, the products and services that they have provided have since failed and the entire wall on one side has broken away leaving the pool unusable and unsafe. The stance the MD has taken is that they are NOT responsible yet it is clear via CCTV footage that their products have failed and now they expect me, the client to pay for the entire liner to be replaced and more. The list of emails, telephone calls and problems are endless which are all documented and making my review based on facts! What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience has actually been the worst 9 months of my life dealing with Poolman. My young family are now left with a broken pool to look at instead of having lots of fun which has cost over £50,000. Is this fair, no. Is this right, No, yet the MD of the company has refused to answer my emails, and correct the mess that they have caused. To add, we have had 4 different heaters due to faults, water temp not reaching levels that was promised and issues with an automatic cover that costs £17,000 alone. Although the team at Poolman are fantastic, the MD runs his business as a sales-only model and customer service is non-existent. Stay away is my advice!
