I took my BigMac into the shop which was old, running extremely slow and was just a nightmare to use. Following a detailed consultation with Gareth and suggests on what was the problems - I accepted the recommendations. Once the repairs/upgrades was completed, following a short demonstration in the shop I took my Mac home, the cost was realistic for the work and upgrade. Once home I plug in the machine worked perfectly, I have now got a BIGMac, that works faster and feels like new. Thank you so much for a fantastic job - highly recommend without hesitation.

He was working with our old 8 Year Dell moving it over to a brand new one. They were very courteous throughout. They treated me well and explained everything to me, to someone who didn't know anything about computers. Thing that impressed me the most was I was going to put some programs on and he described why I didn't need them and refused to sell me them saying I didn't need them so don't waste my money which is very honest in this day and age.
