I first came across Power Pac towards the end of last year, when Shirley and Wendy kindly took the time and trouble to assist in a number of Community Energy Roadshows across Leicestershire, in which I was involved. So when I needed an EV charger installed at home, Power Pac were my first choice. As expected everything went well. My initial query was responded to in good time and once I had accepted the quote, an installation date was arranged in due course, all without any hard sell. On the day of installation, the installer arrived on time and just got on with the task, leaving the work area clean and tidy afterwards. He also talked me through the functions of the charger and invited me to ask as many questions as I wanted, without hurrying me. As a result I am very happy with both the EV charger and my experience overall. I have no hesitation in recommending Power Pac as a reliable partner in whatever renewable energy journey you wish to undertake.

From the start of the process Shirley & Wendy have been excellent regarding communication and professionalism. The instillation team along with the third party scaffolding team did a great job, clean tidy and importantly on time to the dates given. I would thoroughly recommend Power Pac to anyone installing solar & battery system.

The whole team provided us with excellent service. Wendy in the office is always available to answer queries and the install team were neat, efficient and on time! Also incredible value for money.

Shirley came out from Powerpac to give us quote for a battery for our solar panels. From the start Shirley was very informative and not giving us a hard sell, she explained our options and how a battery could work for us with our current setup and taking in account our electricity usage. At the moment we are not going to purchase a battery but if we did Powerpac would be our number one choice.

We had solar panels installed on our house by Powerpac in 2015 and recently we had them back to upgrade our system with a Tesla Powerwall 3. We were very happy with the installation of the solar panels back then, and have been very pleased with how they have performed over the years, which has been almost exactly as Powerpac projected - saving us a considerable amount from our electricity bills as well as earning us a significant amount from our Feed in Tariff agreement. The solar panels have more than paid for themselves several years ago. We have been equally happy with the installation of our Powerwall recently. Shirley came to our house to do the initial survey and quotation for us. The Powerpac installers were very efficient and helpful and the job was done on time. Shirley and Wendy in the office have been consistently helpful with all our questions over the phone and by email. They even managed to sort out the only problem we have had (not of Powerpac's making) over the phone, without having to send someone out to our house (the problem was caused by our electicity supplier's smart meter installer unplugging part of the Powerwall equipment whilst putting our new meter in - as I said, not a problem caused by Powerpac!). Overall we have been more than pleased with Powerpac's service, and look forward to making even greater savings on our electricity bill with the Powerwall.

Power Pac was recommended by a neighbour, and we can easily see why. From start to finish, this was customer service at its very best, from Wendy in the office to Shirley with the survey and the guys who did the installation. There was no pressure selling, and Shirley made sure we had time to digest all the information before making any decision. The work was carried out at the times promised, and nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly but professional and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. We had numerous questions, which were all answered with patience and understanding (we are getting on a bit in years!). This company is by far and away one of the best companies for Customer Service and Professionalism. They certainly know their trade, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

We were considering installing solar panels on our roof but were disappointed with the online quote we had from our electricity supplier. A few weeks later a near neighbour had some scaffolding work underway with a subsequent 7 panel installation. We were able to inspect both the scaffolding work and the completed solar array and were really impressed with both. The price was competitive too. A week or so later we arranged a visit from Power Pac. Shirley did a thorough survey and quote. On that basis we decided to go ahead. The scaffolders were excellent, as was the Power Pac installation team. Our installation has been running for nearly 2 months without issue. Thank you to Shirley for the survey, Wendy for all the calls and emails and to the installation team. A great company. Highly recommended.

Power Pac were recommended to us by our next door neighbour. Initial contact was Shirley who explained the whole process and begun the ball rolling. Secondary contact was Wendy in the office who must have got fed up with the amount of questions being asked by my husband. However, she answered all questions succinctly and any that she did not know the answer to she called us back promptly with the answers. Next contact was with the lads who came and fitted everything. They arrived promptly, carried out all the works and finished all works within 2days. They had allowed a 3rd day in case of any problems. The only issue I have is with the Tesla app, which is working fine, but we were left to basically find out what to do beyond the basic operation. Other than this issue we are both extremely pleased with the works that have been carried out. Would definitely reccommend.

We purchased our first electric car this year and were recommend Powerpac to install our EV charger , we were so impressed by this installation we decided to look at installing solar. We had been previously been scared away from solar after experiencing the hard sell from another company. Powerpac were amazing, they’ve provided a us with a comprehensive quote and were able to answer all our questions and there was no hard sell. To be honest the quality of the panels and products suggested and the information on efficiency , had us sold on the system they recommended for us . The installation went as smooth as anything in fact they completed the installation quicker that we expected and we have been generating our own electricity for over a week and the benefits suggested are there to be seen our app. The whole process was exceptional from, the customer service with our initial enquire , to the design of our system to the installation of our system and the commissioning of our system. It is an expensive investment but we wished we had done it sooner, definitely worth it and can’t recommend Powerpac highly enough , this was the easiest work we have ever had done to our house .
