Powepac were a registered accredited Tesla charger installer. I needed the EV charger installed quickly and they did it within the week. Power Pac Ltd installed our original solar system in mid July 2012 and replaced the inverter in July 2024. The original solar system was installed within a day (despite the fact that the original installation was somewhat trickier than is usual) and the inverter was replaced within a couple of hours. All works were completed smoothly at the appointed time and date. Their engineers who did the installation and repair, their office staff who dealt with enquiries and their in-house expert(s) who diagnosed the fault were all exemplary. I have had a Fronius Inverter for about 13 years and it was starting to show signs of wear so replaced it with another Fronius Inverter. Power Pac carried out the work efficiently and at a reasonable price.

We were highly satisfied with our experience of employing Power Pac to install our solar panels and battery in an old property from the initial briefing and site visit (it helped that the firm is local), their documentation and clear quotation through to the installation and advice on managing the system once installed. The installation was completed within the time scale, nothing was to much trouble and they are very helpful with explaining how everything worked.
