Called due to a blocked drain on Thursday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly service and prompt visit offered. I chose a Saturday which was only a modest and very reasonable increase in cost. The engineer arrived on time, was courteous and kept me informed of his progress throughout. The job was completed and explained fully to me in person. I then received an email with pictures and a video showing the work and the successful outcome before I received the invoice. This is an extremely professional and efficient company who I can thoroughly recommend to anyone and I will certainly be sharing their contact details among my friends and family. A drain blockage is unpleasant and inconvenient but Premier Drainage takes all of that worry and stress away immediately - thank you !!

Blocked toilet, rang and they said they could get to us that day. Attended within time frame specified and cleared problem, advised on how to avoid recurrence. £70 cheaper than quote from national chain.

We have used Premier Drainage for a few years now. They are efficient, excellent value and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have used Premier Drainage before based on customer ratings and they did not disappoint. We called them on a Friday because of a blocked drain (not as an emergency) and they attended the following Monday and cleared two blockages by jetting and double checking with a camera. They were friendly and efficient and also very good value. As such we would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Drainage.

I have used Premier Drainage 4 times over the last 10 years, across different properties. They have always been excellent. This time, I had a blockage causing a gulley to overflow. They came within one working day and fixed the issue within an hour. The charge was very fair. Can’t ask for more than that.

Called Premier Drainage Services on a Tuesday morning re an overflowing drain in the garden. They came same day. Jack identified the problem as a blockage to the main drain from stack. Had to drill into the stack and rod. Blockage was cleared and Jack put a camera down to check all was clear. Received a report with pictures a few days later.Top service from Premier who I would not hesitate to recommend.

They turned up on time and worked through the issue. Bradley was very through and explained everything he was doing. It was a challenging blockage from the kitchen sink that he fixed and is now working well. He also provided advice on how to ensure we did not encounter any further problems. Highly recommended company.

I called Premier Drainage at 3:30pm to fix a blocked drain causing sewage flooding on my driveway. Despite having a busy work schedule, they arranged a tradesman visit for first thing the following morning. The tradesman was very efficient and thorough. He provided photographs of the inside of the drain and of the blockage before and after the work to be sure the problem had been fixed. The tradesman was helpful and pleasant. I received a follow-up email containing the photographs and job details. The price was very reasonable.

Brilliant company! Echo previous reviews in the speed of response was excellent and the individual fixing the leak was polite, friendly and contentious. Couldn't fault them. Superb.

Highly recommend Premier Drainage. They responded quickly to a leak at a rental property, rapidly identified the problem, sourced and replaced the parts and tidied up after. Excellent communication and provided a report, video and photos of the problem. Will definitely use them again.

I am delighted with the work to rebuild my drain and clear gutters. The engineer was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was competitive and within the estimate. I had paid a handy man and another drainage company to clear my tenants blocked kitchen sink. On both occasions the sink failed to drain properly within a couple of weeks. Ian was very professional, keeping me informed of what the problem was, how he was going to deal with it and most importantly unblocking my tenants sink, which has stayed unblocked. Ian was efficient, knowledgeable and reliable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Premier Drainage Company was very easy and straightforward to deal with. They fitted a rat flap on the drain leading from the main storage. That solved a little rat issue. They did not make a fuss about the work, we had a clear discussion over the phone and with photos. They came with two possible sizes. They clearly know what they are doing, the work was actually done when we were out and they sent photos of the job done. Dealt with Iain, but the company clearly has good internal communication. Reliable, effective and no fuss !! Highly recommended

Easy to contact and arrange. Called out very quickly. Tom & Joe were quick to find the problem and sort out the blockage and were very accommodating, giving an excellent explanation of my drainage system after a CCTV survey. Very good value for money. What a great company! Managed to get a very blocked foul drain sorted within 4 hours of the call, were kept in touch about arrival time, work was carried out really efficiently and to a great standard, and site was left cleaner that before! Can't recommend these guys highly enough, and the level of customer service was a great model for anyone dealing with consumers. Our drain gets blocked with tree roots every couple of years so they will no doubt getting some repeat business from us!

I have used Premier Drainage previously for a water pump, new drain hole and cover and also to clear a blockage. On this occasion it was to clear another blockage. The company is very helpful from the minute you contact them. They arranged a visit the following morning and cleared the blockage and left the area clear and clean. I am more than happy to recommend this company.

I was extremely impressed with the quickness that Premier Drainage attended the rented property. The sink, shower and washing machine was blocked. They unblocked everything and gave the tenant advice on how to avoid it happening again. They are very efficient and sent me photographs of their work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Fantastic communication throughout. Gary arrived on time and was helpful / answered my questions and explained everything he was doing. Site was left tidy and follow up email with photos and summary was very thorough. Fitted new replacement manhole cover and flushed / cleaned system as well as undertaking CCTV camera check. Would definitely recommend!

Gary from Premium Drainage arrived a couple of hours after I called, giving me a 15 minutes window of arrival time. He cleared my blocked sink and cleared the blockage and explained why it had blocked and gave advice about the future. He also looked at another issue, I mentioned in passing and gave advice. He was polite, professional, tidy and knowledgeable. I wish all tradesmen provided such a great service.

Kitchen waste became blocked (again) as it is a shallow run with a heavy manhole to lift and waste disposal discharge has caused problems. Fairly urgent as kitchen sink out of action and response was within 4 hours. Turned out it was only the gully blocked so fairly easy to clear but operative took time to check whole drain run as well as clear the problem and explained how we could mitigate further issues. Very reasonable charge for this visit too.

The job related to a blocked outside drain in a small block of flats, with a missing cover. The firm came on time, examined the problem - the missing cover turned out to be in pieces in the drain, which is why the drain had blocked - and did an excellent job of clearing the blockage. They also quoted for a replacement cover and fitting, and then did a good job of replacing the missing cover. They were professional and friendly, competent in what they did, and quick to respond to requests for quotes, appointments, etc.

I contacted due to sink not draining, which appeared to be a blocked drain. Cheerful and pleasant during phone call and given a date to come out, however called back as had a cancellation and came out within the hour. Tom was polite and reassured me problem would be resolved. Quickly assessed the issue, large branch and ball of ivy growing into the drain. Cleared, cleaned and checked water flow. Given advice regarding future upkeep. Tom even fixed my leaking hose pipe after he had used. Also viewed neighbouring drain, checked via a camera. Photos were taken of aspects of the job, alongside emailed invoice. Would definitely use this company again if necessary and highly recommend.

Came promptly at the agreed time. Assessed the problem. They needed access to a drain access point in a neighbouring property. This was arranged for the next day when they came at the agreed time and sorted the problem out. The people who did the work were pleasant and considerate going in the properties, not causing any mess or disruption. They explained the problem and what needed to be done.
