I would highly recommend Premier Drainage. I needed an urgent cctv drain survey on a house we are purchasing, prior to exchanging contracts. I had been let down by 3 other suppliers who had to postpone. Premier responded immediately with a detailed quote. They fitted me in to accommodate my very short time frames on the Thursday. It usually takes a few days for them to review and provide the report, but due to my urgency they got it to me the following morning. I had a number of questions and when I called the office they were so polite and knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Called due to a blocked drain on Thursday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly service and prompt visit offered. I chose a Saturday which was only a modest and very reasonable increase in cost. The engineer arrived on time, was courteous and kept me informed of his progress throughout. The job was completed and explained fully to me in person. I then received an email with pictures and a video showing the work and the successful outcome before I received the invoice. This is an extremely professional and efficient company who I can thoroughly recommend to anyone and I will certainly be sharing their contact details among my friends and family. A drain blockage is unpleasant and inconvenient but Premier Drainage takes all of that worry and stress away immediately - thank you !!

Blocked toilet, rang and they said they could get to us that day. Attended within time frame specified and cleared problem, advised on how to avoid recurrence. £70 cheaper than quote from national chain.

We have used Premier Drainage before based on customer ratings and they did not disappoint. We called them on a Friday because of a blocked drain (not as an emergency) and they attended the following Monday and cleared two blockages by jetting and double checking with a camera. They were friendly and efficient and also very good value. As such we would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Drainage.

I have used Premier Drainage 4 times over the last 10 years, across different properties. They have always been excellent. This time, I had a blockage causing a gulley to overflow. They came within one working day and fixed the issue within an hour. The charge was very fair. Can’t ask for more than that.

Called Premier Drainage Services on a Tuesday morning re an overflowing drain in the garden. They came same day. Jack identified the problem as a blockage to the main drain from stack. Had to drill into the stack and rod. Blockage was cleared and Jack put a camera down to check all was clear. Received a report with pictures a few days later.Top service from Premier who I would not hesitate to recommend.
