Gary from Premium Drainage arrived a couple of hours after I called, giving me a 15 minutes window of arrival time. He cleared my blocked sink and cleared the blockage and explained why it had blocked and gave advice about the future. He also looked at another issue, I mentioned in passing and gave advice. He was polite, professional, tidy and knowledgeable. I wish all tradesmen provided such a great service.

Kitchen waste became blocked (again) as it is a shallow run with a heavy manhole to lift and waste disposal discharge has caused problems. Fairly urgent as kitchen sink out of action and response was within 4 hours. Turned out it was only the gully blocked so fairly easy to clear but operative took time to check whole drain run as well as clear the problem and explained how we could mitigate further issues. Very reasonable charge for this visit too.

The job related to a blocked outside drain in a small block of flats, with a missing cover. The firm came on time, examined the problem - the missing cover turned out to be in pieces in the drain, which is why the drain had blocked - and did an excellent job of clearing the blockage. They also quoted for a replacement cover and fitting, and then did a good job of replacing the missing cover. They were professional and friendly, competent in what they did, and quick to respond to requests for quotes, appointments, etc.

I contacted due to sink not draining, which appeared to be a blocked drain. Cheerful and pleasant during phone call and given a date to come out, however called back as had a cancellation and came out within the hour. Tom was polite and reassured me problem would be resolved. Quickly assessed the issue, large branch and ball of ivy growing into the drain. Cleared, cleaned and checked water flow. Given advice regarding future upkeep. Tom even fixed my leaking hose pipe after he had used. Also viewed neighbouring drain, checked via a camera. Photos were taken of aspects of the job, alongside emailed invoice. Would definitely use this company again if necessary and highly recommend.

Premier Drainage replaced an old rusty drain cover at my property. It was not an urgent job but the work was carried out within a week of placing the order. Communication was easy, helpful and timely. I was told approximately when the contractors would arrive and they arrived on time. The contractors were courteous and friendly and I thought the work was reasonably priced. I am happy to recommend this company.

I called the office and was able to book the CCTV drainage inspection for a date and time that suited me with no problems. Lee, the operative, arrived punctually and provided a friendly, efficient service, nothing was too much trouble. He carried out the work thoroughly and was able to reassure us that there were no issues with the drains. The detailed report came through the following week, together with the invoice. I have used Premier Drainage on a number of occasions over the last few years. We have a repetitive issue with a 2" buried drain run from our kitchen installed by others which periodically blocks or air locks. Premier delivers a very prompt service. Their operatives arrive on time, are unfailingly polite and helpful; carry out a comprehensive survey of all the drainage to ensure they have the correct diagnosis; and then proceed to remedy. And then test and retest. They don't work by the clock and take as long as it takes without extra charge. Their rates are exceptional value for money by comparison with national operators and many local firms. They are the most professional and diligent drainage firm I have ever dealt with in nearly 60 years of owning homes, and I would always recommend them.

Replaced water/waste pipe under our house after our kitchen flooded. Works meant exposing and replacing a 5m section of pipe by digging through concrete floor across our entire living room. My wife and I, and importantly 17yr old cat, weren't able to move out while the work was completed, but Ian (owner) said they'd work around us and do all they could to minimise disruption. We felt overwhelmed before the work started but we needn't have worried. Work was carried out by Ronny who was fantastic throughout. Estimated schedule was 5dys, was completed in 4.5. Premier was the only company that offered a fixed price for the job where others would only quote a daily rate and wouldn't commit to a schedule. Ian was also happy to liaise with a local flooring company who were installing new floor after Premier had completed their work.
