Work done well and in a timely way. I was quoted a price for 2 hours work but it was completed in 1 .5 hours. I was therefore charged for 1.5 hours instead of the quoted 2 hours. The guy was helpful and polite and cleared away all the debris he had removed. He also gave me advice to stop the build up of debris again. He took many photos of before and after the work which he showed me. These were also emailed to me with the receipt. I paid by pin on completion of the work. Very satisfied.

Premier Drainage Company provided several options for a drain to connect to a proposed under-stair toilet. The chosen option was a new drain running approximately 21 metres under the drive and lawn at the front of the house to the main chamber. We accepted a realistic quotation for the work.Work commenced on time.Care was taken to avoid electricity gas and water lines.Work was completed within the week anticipated and to budget.Premier personnel worked hard and were very capable,helpful and courteous.Disruption was minimal. I strongly recommend Premier Drainage Company for work of the nature.

Premier Draining Company surveyed the drains on our 1924 house.The survey was conducted promptly and thoroughly with expertise and professionalism.As required the survey has indicated the best way forward for the installation of an additional toilet.

I would highly recommend Premier Drainage. I needed an urgent cctv drain survey on a house we are purchasing, prior to exchanging contracts. I had been let down by 3 other suppliers who had to postpone. Premier responded immediately with a detailed quote. They fitted me in to accommodate my very short time frames on the Thursday. It usually takes a few days for them to review and provide the report, but due to my urgency they got it to me the following morning. I had a number of questions and when I called the office they were so polite and knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Called due to a blocked drain on Thursday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly service and prompt visit offered. I chose a Saturday which was only a modest and very reasonable increase in cost. The engineer arrived on time, was courteous and kept me informed of his progress throughout. The job was completed and explained fully to me in person. I then received an email with pictures and a video showing the work and the successful outcome before I received the invoice. This is an extremely professional and efficient company who I can thoroughly recommend to anyone and I will certainly be sharing their contact details among my friends and family. A drain blockage is unpleasant and inconvenient but Premier Drainage takes all of that worry and stress away immediately - thank you !!
