Came promptly at the agreed time. Assessed the problem. They needed access to a drain access point in a neighbouring property. This was arranged for the next day when they came at the agreed time and sorted the problem out. The people who did the work were pleasant and considerate going in the properties, not causing any mess or disruption. They explained the problem and what needed to be done.

Premier Drainage replaced an old rusty drain cover at my property. It was not an urgent job but the work was carried out within a week of placing the order. Communication was easy, helpful and timely. I was told approximately when the contractors would arrive and they arrived on time. The contractors were courteous and friendly and I thought the work was reasonably priced. I am happy to recommend this company.

I called the office and was able to book the CCTV drainage inspection for a date and time that suited me with no problems. Lee, the operative, arrived punctually and provided a friendly, efficient service, nothing was too much trouble. He carried out the work thoroughly and was able to reassure us that there were no issues with the drains. The detailed report came through the following week, together with the invoice. No pressure to pay up front for the survey. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you Lee and Premier Drainage.

I have used Premier Drainage on a number of occasions over the last few years. We have a repetitive issue with a 2" buried drain run from our kitchen installed by others which periodically blocks or air locks. Premier delivers a very prompt service. Their operatives arrive on time, are unfailingly polite and helpful; carry out a comprehensive survey of all the drainage to ensure they have the correct diagnosis; and then proceed to remedy. And then test and retest. They don't work by the clock and take as long as it takes without extra charge. Their rates are exceptional value for money by comparison with national operators and many local firms. They are the most professional and diligent drainage firm I have ever dealt with in nearly 60 years of owning homes, and I would always recommend them.

Replaced water/waste pipe under our house after our kitchen flooded. Works meant exposing and replacing a 5m section of pipe by digging through concrete floor across our entire living room. My wife and I, and importantly 17yr old cat, weren't able to move out while the work was completed, but Ian (owner) said they'd work around us and do all they could to minimise disruption. We felt overwhelmed before the work started but we needn't have worried. Work was carried out by Ronny who was fantastic throughout. Estimated schedule was 5dys, was completed in 4.5. Premier was the only company that offered a fixed price for the job where others would only quote a daily rate and wouldn't commit to a schedule. Ian was also happy to liaise with a local flooring company who were installing new floor after Premier had completed their work. Great work, great people, cannot thank Ian and Ronny enough, would highly recommend. Thank you again guys!!

Tom and Joe worked on our house drainage problem and were thorough, professional and friendly. They patiently investigated the issue we experienced and suggested different solutions. The work was conducted in the timeframe I expected and the fee was as agreed. I thoroughly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them back again to sort out any other issue - although I hope I will not need to, of course.

Very satisfied with the service and the work undertaken. I contacted Premier Drainage, prompted by other positive reviews below, to inspect and deal with any blockages in a driveway drain and some downpipe drains. The process from initial contact with the office, to discuss the issue and make the booking, through to the work itself was professional, efficient, and courteous. The engineer (Gary) arrived promptly as scheduled, with helpful prior notification by text of his arrival time. The diagnosis and work was undertaken diligently, swiftly, and explained clearly, along with potential further remedial action over the longer term. The service was fairly priced. I would have no hesitation using Premier Drainage’s services again.

When I called for a quotation for a survey on the badly fitted drain that had been fitted on my drive by another company who had just resurfaced my drive, he arrived within 40 mins, and confirmed what I thought. He explained what needed to be done, and I received his quotation quickly which I was most happy with. Once the materials needed were obtained by him, he arranged for his colleague to carry out the work, who did so efficiently and professionally, and with a pleasing personality. I do not hesitate to add my recommendation, in all aspects of the work carried out.

Aaron arrived within 2 hours of my call. He cleared the blocked drain very efficiently and gave reassurance that all was now OK. The charges were as quoted and more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Premier were instructed by our buyer to carry out a CCTV drain survey at a house we were selling. The survey identified some issues that needed fixing prior to exchange. We then instructed them to carry out the repairs, which needed completing urgently prior to exchange. The guys who carried out the repair were obviously experts in what they do. The repairs were completed on time and with care and attention to detail. These guys are true professionals and I cannot recommend them enough.

I called Premier Drainage in the morning and even though they were some distance away they came in the afternoon. The operative explained the problem, showed me the photos and cleared the blockage within an hour. Efficient, trust-worthy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Premier Drainage to clear my very slow flowing kitchen drain after the two engineers from a company I had used on a previous occasion could not manage to do so. A Premier Drainage engineer arrived a couple of hours later and within an hour had completely unblocked the drain and showed me on CCTV that it was now clear and flowing through freely. (CCTV showed tree roots entering where pipe sections join and liner recommended but absolutely no pressure to have this work done.) The blockage was sorted swiftly, cleanly and professionally. A job well done.

Due to a nightmare old saturated/end of life soakaway problem we needed the services of a drainage company and picked Premier Drainage (from Which? reviews). I can say without hesitation that these guys are very knowledgeable, friendly to deal with, and fairly priced. One couldn't ask for more! We have also used Premier Drainage to vacuum out our main roof gutters, which on the back of our house can't be reached with ladders due to a large conservatory. No drainage/gutter problems are clearly preferable but if you should get one these are the guys to call! ;-) PS - I don't give away compliments lightly, believe me.

We have had a leak in our cellar for over 6 months, had 3 other companies out to try to find and fix the problem, with no luck. We were put in touch with Premier Drainage Company by our insurance company - from the start we felt we were in very capable hands. They did a camera survey, then told us they would have to expose our main drain below the kitchen in the cellar, fix the leaks and put in a liner. This was done over 2 days. They were tidy, punctual, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to sort all the problems. I cannot recommend them more highly and wish we had found them sooner!

Iain responded promptly to my initial enquiry and was very helpful on the phone. Aaron was the engineer on site and he was very professional. He located two broken drainage pipes and showed me video footage of the pipework underground. He cleared one blockage and provided helpful advice on the pipework. The CCTV images were very clear and he also produced a neat site plan for me which is very clear. I was very pleased with the service and the price was competitive.

I’ve used this company twice in 3 years now for clearing blocked soakaways. The latest was in the middle of the pandemic and I was impressed once again by Aaron who diagnosed, cleared blockage and have ongoing advice, at the same time as being friendly courteous, and getting the job done within the hour so keeping costs down. Handled a tricky situation between two neighbours with drain going into neighbouring property, highly professionally which was most reassuring. Maintained distance and hands free payment. My neighbour was also impressed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I phoned them first thing in the morning regarding a blocked manhole. After a discussion regarding the problem with further information to help us in the future they promised to come out by about lunchtime. At 12.30 the specialist arrived and set to work and within a short period of time the blockage was cleared. Everything was washed down and disinfected and tested and working well. The young man couldn't have been more helpful. We heartily and unreservedly recommend this company for its exceptional service and will be using it again soon to have a new manhole lid installed as a replacement.

Soil pipe on outside wall blocked, called yesterday, late pm, agreed visit 8.30 today 4/6/20, min 1 hour call out £80 + VAT. Owen arrived promptly, examined site and advised he would make hole in downpipe and examine pipe back to all toilets connected. 30 mins later, had cleared, asked for toilets to be flushed and put access plug into hole in pipe. Finished total 50 mins.

I have used Premier Drainage Company twice now to clear blocked drains on my property. On both occasions, they have been able to attend very promptly (on the same day today). Aaron was extremely polite, efficient and sorted the problem out with a minimum of fuss and disturbance. Today, he explained what had caused the particular problem, and we will be able to ensure it isn't repeated. He kindly liaised with my neighbours, whose property he also had to access. All in all, he made a nasty problem a simple one, and I felt their clearly explained charging system was very reasonable and good value for money. An unhesitating recommendation from me!

Chose this company from their reviews on Google, said they would be straight over after they had completed their current job, also explained their minimum charge which seemed reasonable. Attended as promised and drains cleared very quickly followed by a cctv survey where the problem was identified as roots growing into the drain. Options were discussed with a recommendation of inserting a liner into the drain, a rough quote on how much this would cost seemed reasonable but Iain from Premier Drainage said there was no rush and to check out prices online, no hard sell. Cost of the initial call out was the minimum charge and having checked online the subsequent work is competitively priced. Overall a professional company who I would thoroughly recommend.

Premier Drainage were on site within 1 hour of placing a call following effluent escaping from our shared drain at the rear of our property. Ronny got straight to work and investigated the source of the escape using a camera and dye tracing. He also visited our neighbour to confirm his findings that the issue was outside our boundary caused by a surface water drain blockage downstream. Ronny took steps to clean up the escape, used disinfectant to treat the spillage and provided us with a report of his findings. This enabled us to approach our water provider highlighting the issue was outside our property and further downstream. Premier Drainage were open and transparent about their billing and explained what they would do up front. The level of professionalism displayed and response was first class. Shortly after Ronny left I called the Director of the company to pass on our appreciation and high level of service we received. I would not hesitate in recommending Premier Drainage for anyone that needs a professional and rapid response with a reasonable and fair price.

Our emergency drainage insurance sent plumbers who told us it would cost more than £1500 to fix our blocked pipe. The insurance then said we weren’t covered at all! I used the Which? trusted trader website to find Premier drainage. They came the next day and fixed the problem, within an hour and for under £100. They were efficient, professional and got the job done. I was very happy with their honest service and would definitely use them again.
