We had an old boiler replaced with a combi boiler. The guys did a beautiful job and taking the tank out was a big challenge, not a single scratch on the walls, stairs, anywhere! The engineers were very friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly. They left the house clean and tidy. Good communication from the moment we contacted them for a quote, were happy to answer any questions we had. We are very pleased, thank you!

I just can’t thank Premier Heating Solutions enough for their fantastic response to my burst water tank - which had ruined my boiler in the frozen early days of spring. They came to my property on the morning I called, evaluated the condition of the boiler and came up with a number of options to get me back on track, at differing price points. We were able to agree a way forward and the engineers were with me for the next two days. Chris and Ollie were very knowledgeable, professional and likeable and all the stops were pulled out to get me fully up and running, with checks over time and due diligence taken. Having had there cylinder put in 6 years ago, it failed. After months of back and forth on the warranty and claiming it was a leak elsewhere rather than the cylinder I had to get in two separate plumbers to confirm it was the cylinder. Once they had to accept the problem, they then said the warranty was for only 2 years which wasted 2 months worth of back and forth emails and unnecessary call outs for separate plumbers to prove them wrong. My experience was less than adequate, wasting mine and my Tenants time which unfortunately meant the floor flooded and ruined all the wooden flooring which added to what was already a costly fix

We have used Premier Heating Solutions on a number of occasions previously and have always been happy with the standard of workmanship. On this occasion the flushing mechanism of a toilet broke. As the toilet was built into a concealed integrated unit we were concerned that replacing the mechanism would not be straight forward, as it would involve cutting away the silicone at the back of the toilet in order to remove the panels from the unit. Andy from Premier Heating Solutions arrived on time, having contacted us in advance to let us know when he would arrive. He carefully removed the panels taking care not to damage them, installed a new toilet fill valve and replaced and re-sealed the panels. The appearance of the repaired toilet unit was excellent and you could not tell the panels had been removed as they looked exactly as they did originally. He then tested the flushing mechanism several time to ensure it was working properly. Once again, we were very pleased with the standard of the work and the care and attention to detail taken when doing the job. Andy was happy to answer any questions we had. We will certainly continue to use Premier Heating in the future.

Premier Heating came out at short notice and successfully fixed a leaking radiator valve. As usual, their engineer was polite and friendly, efficient and clearly competent. We called them because three months ago they had fitted our new boiler. That was quite a complicated job because some of the original electrical circuitry and pipework was quite dodgy (it was 40 years old) Their engineers worked until quite late in the evening to complete the job for us and then subsequently came back and moved the exhaust outlet to a more visually appealing location at no extra cost to ourselves. A neighbour asked on our group email for recommendations as he had a similar problem. I recommenced Premier Heating and he was also very please with the job and sent out a note to all our neighbourhood saying so.

We are delighted with the work carried out by Carl, despite some issues with the sizing of the water tank the job was executed and finished professionally with care taken to work in our interests, very friendly and knowledgeable, tidy and respectful of our space, I would recommend Premier Heating who also installed our external Grant Boiler in 2022. Called Premier heating when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Offered me an appointment for the following week, but promised me a cancellation if one came up earlier. Rang me back an hour later, engineer on his way, he had finished early. Came to my home, gave me a fixed price quotation to change the kitchen tap over, and proceeded with the work that should have been simple and not taken that long, but ran into problems and took much longer. George my engineer was an absolute star, didn't give up with it, and was just amazing, and went above and beyond to fix it for me. Still got charged the exact same amount as the quotation. Would recommend to anybody for excellent service, and the customer service in the office from Josie was fantastic too.

Carl was on time, very efficient, offered good advice, taking me through the system and how it worked. He produced a quote on site which I have accepted. Premier Heating solutions are always my first port of call.
