I've just had an old LPG gas boiler replaced by an electric one. Phil visited my home and talked me through the options I had to replace a ten year old LPG boiler. He was very clear and helpful, following up his visit within 24 hours with thorough and competitively priced quotes for new LPG and electric boilers. I decided on an electric one. Pete and Luke came within 10 days, removed the old boiler and re-sited and installed the new one within a day. The following day Pete returned with an electrician to connect and finish off the work and talk me through using the new controls. Pete and Luke's work was of a very high standard. They were efficient, friendly and polite. They tidied up as they worked and made sure that any rubbish or scrap materials were taken away before they left my home. I am very pleased with the quality of work and efficiency of service I have received from a friendly, professional team- from a helpful initial chat with Sue to the completion of the installation. I will not hesitate to recommend Premier Heating to my family and friends.

Premier heating provided great service - very fast and efficient, sending out a very nice, polite chap to mend our elderly oil boiler. The spare part needed was sourced immediately and replaced with no fuss or mess and the boiler was serviced and checked and is now working beautifully. Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend them.

Initial visit from Premier Heating provided us with a very thorough assessment of our current heating system, and recommended the most appropriate system boiler as well as ancillary products such as power flush. We appreciated the promptness of response. The installation was on the dates we requested and was done by two heating engineers. They were knowledgeable and courteous and explained what needs to be done and in what order. The installation was completed on time and was very professionally executed. Waste products and the old boiler were removed very quickly the same day just as the installation engineer was leaving the house. Apart from the initial quotation and the installation, one additional point to note was the efficiency of the office administration who kept us updated by email and text message of the dates of installation and the time and names of the staff attending. Overall, the service provided was exceptional taking all aspects from start to completion.

We decided to replace our 26 year old gas boiler before having a complete kitchen refit. Phil came out to assess our requirements and sent the quote in that evening. Compared to the 4 other quotes we received, Premier Heating’s was the most competitive and clearly itemised exactly what they were proposing to do. Communication prior to installation was excellent and the engineer, Peter, carried out the work pleasantly and efficiently over the two days he was here. We had one slight problem with a faulty thermostat and this was swiftly replaced by Premier Heating the next working day. Overall we were very pleased with the service provided by Premier Heating and thoroughly recommend them.

The engineer was very punctual and observed the Covid guidelines correctly. He detected one potentially dangerous fault which he was able to resolve on the spot. He was very thorough and very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Although a routine service usually takes about one hour, he continued to work until he had made sure everything was fully functional and safe even though it took him nearly two hours to do so. He was polite and very good-natured. Five stars are very well deserved.

I have more experience than most with heating and plumbing services because of my job. This company is one of the best I have used, far better than British Gas. I have used them on three occasions, they turn up when they say they will. Do a good job and clean up after themselves, I would like to specially mention Helen in the office and Carl. Both excellent at their jobs

We had a new boiler installed. The service the engineer and his relevant colleagues gave us was second to none. Carl, the lead guy, at all times kept us informed on what and why a particular action was being completed. The electrician concisely explained the new thermostat system and the roofers just efficiently got on with what was required. Carl was approachable and friendly and cleaned up impeccably at the end of the installation. Well done and thank you.

Replacement of under floor central heating pipework.

Having had a bad leak under the floor due to inferior pipework, we needed the pipes replacing quickly before the insurance company replaced the flooring. A representative from Premier Solutions arrived promptly on the Monday morning and the work was done on the Friday. An engineer worked tirelessly from 9 - 5 and the work done was excellent and done to high standard. Unfortunately, our heating system had developed a problem, having been drained and not used for months, which the engineer was not able to rectify, but the following day a heating engineer arrived and after several hours of patient work, the heating system was restored. Thank you Premier Heating Solutions Ltd.
