Premier Heating Solutions replaced an existing very old oil boiler with a new Worcester Bosch gas boiler. Very happy with the quality of the the work that was done and the friendly and professional manner of Callum who did the bulk of the work. He worked through a number of minor hiccups in a very professional manner and because Premier are not just a one man operation he could call in other colleagues to help to ensure the installation was completed on time. In particular, James came up with a very neat solution as to where to position the soak-away for the boiler condensate! I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone considering replacing their boiler.

From start to finish premier heating solutions gave us full confidence that they were the right firm to do this job. Phil impressed immediately with his knowledge and can do attitude and the subsequent quote was better than expected. The old boiler was housed inside a large kitchen unit. The new one needed to be in exactly the same place as nowhere else was viable. Add to this a mixture of cast iron, imperial and metric pipes and fittings this was not going to be a simple like for like job. Hence our good feeling after the first visit and quote. The work took a little longer than first thought but it was a job really well done and we are delighted. Ollie certainly knows his stuff and worked non stop for the four days he was with us, very professional in every way. Our praise must also go to the ladies in the office who needed to update us on schedules, covid 19 related, etc etc. Again, all very professional. This was the first service after the new boiler was installed last year. Steve carried out a thorough service, and cleaned the magnetic filter (very dirty), and then bled all the boilers. An excellent job and a pleasure to do business with. Thoroughly recommend the company.
