Reason for visit was to repair a 2 year old non starting oil fired boiler, despite 2 visits from the manufacturer no one was able to find fault. Peter made a visit when we were taking a 2nd weekend without heat or water and worked through the problem.

My wife & 1 year old were unwell; had to sort last minute childcare before going to work so completely forgot we'd booked our annual boiler service. I had planned to clear the area in front of the boiler the evening before... Dave turned up on time and was not phased with a slightly blank look when the front door opened. The boiler is in our garage along with all kinds of stuff/boxes and bits & pieces on their way to charity shop/tip etc. The garage door was opened for him, and he got on with the job. It was only when I popped into the garage a day or so later that I realised how much stuff he had carefully moved out of the way to allow him access to the boiler. He had obviously done this with no fuss, and not a hint of being inconvenienced. It is not the first time we have used Premier Heating Solutions, and Dave exemplifies their punctuality, efficiency and quality, but above all the helpful, no fuss, friendly attitude which we very much appreciate. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you.
