Reason for visit was to repair a 2 year old non starting oil fired boiler, despite 2 visits from the manufacturer no one was able to find fault. Peter made a visit when we were taking a 2nd weekend without heat or water and worked through the problem.

Premier Heating were extremely helpful and professional from the quotation visit, where James explained everything in thorough detail, to the completion of the work, where Vernon stayed into the evening to make sure everything was finished. Communication with the office was prompt and helpful and the work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. Several jobs were required and Vernon managed to complete them all the same day. Care was taken to explain all possible options, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Good tradesmen are hard to find, so I would strongly recommend!

The service I received from Premier Heating Solutions was amazing. Right from the initial quote which was clearly broken down, through to the install, everything was handled professionally and on time. We had a new boiler fitted by Aaron who was excellent, really knowledgeable and efficient - exceptional. I would 100% recommend using this company - they do exactly what they say they are going to do - a rare find nowadays!

I was very pleased with the excellent service carried out on my faulty gas boiler. YourEngineer Neil persevered to discover the problem. He then went and fetched the required part to fix the fault, repaired the boiler and thoroughly tested it to ensure all was OK. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. An excellent service.
