I decided to replace my old boiler and got an estimate from Premier Heating Solutions. Phil gave me a straight and honest quote for the work and always returned my phone calls promptly and was not pushy. The fitters Phil and James were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work to a high standard including the brickwork. The work was completed on time and budget. The warranty and after care service is unbeatable Premier Heating solutions is a first class company offering a great service. A five star rating. Highly recommended.

Our boiler was due to be replaced on a Monday morning following a snowy weekend … Luke arrived early in time to find me trying to clear a safe path to our front door - and immediately started helping, which was much appreciated. Dave and Barry then arrived, and the installation work all went smoothly. They also did a great job of clearing up afterwards. My husband had been very impressed by Phil's knowledgeable and professional approach when quoting for the work and we are very pleased with the results. Replacement combi boiler Excellent communication throughout, prompt competitive quote, engineers arrived on time and worked hard all day. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up at the end of the day and explained how boiler operated. Were happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We had major vibrations coming from the central heating system, and no one could work out where it was coming from. After three visits, Dave found that it was a leak in underfloor pipes, by way of a process of elimination, and that it was pipes contracting after the heating was switched off that caused the vibrations - which mainly started at about 1am in the morning, for some weeks. We were very pleased with Dave’s work and his process for finding the problem. No one else we asked had a clue as to what the cause was. We would highly recommend this firm again.
