Routine gas boiler service

The engineer was very punctual and observed the Covid guidelines correctly. He detected one potentially dangerous fault which he was able to resolve on the spot. He was very thorough and very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Although a routine service usually takes about one hour, he continued to work until he had made sure everything was fully functional and safe even though it took him nearly two hours to do so. He was polite and very good-natured. Five stars are very well deserved.

Premier Heating were extremely helpful and professional from the quotation visit, where James explained everything in thorough detail, to the completion of the work, where Vernon stayed into the evening to make sure everything was finished. Communication with the office was prompt and helpful and the work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. Several jobs were required and Vernon managed to complete them all the same day. Care was taken to explain all possible options, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Good tradesmen are hard to find, so I would strongly recommend!

The service received from Premier Heating was fantastic with whoever I dealt with. Andy was great from start to finish! He attended to service my boiler and found it not working to its full potential, raised a very competitive fixed price quotation and re-attended to fit the part. They also offer a premier club membership with amazing benefits! A great company who really do care for their customers and the local community.

Replacement radiators

Premier Heating Solutions replaced my old radiators, I would thoroughly recommend them, from the initial enquiry through to the installation it was prompt and efficient. Questions were answered really quickly and when I changed my mind on the size of radiators to be installed my order was amended and installed with no problem! The team that deal with enquiries/ quotes were a pleasure to deal with, and Carl who was the heating engineer was polite, efficient, listened to me and resolved any problems. All rooms/ stairs were covered with dust sheets and left clean and tidy.

After having trouble finding an appointment with my previous service provider, I did a bit of a research - actually used a search engine and found Premier Heating Solutions. I am so glad that my previous provider was "too" busy and I found Premier Heating! First thing first, they are very professional - everything happens within the provided time period, with the highest quality you would expect and with best professionalism that is possible. They come on time, they get things done and they get them done to way above expectations. The service engineer who came over, did check every single thing that needs to be checked and even went beyond to ensure extras are done to ensure us a safe winter. I cannot thank enough! More to add here, I also asked for a quote for some extra work that I was planning to do and this made me get even more impressed. Service engineer not only explained what was the art of possible but also discussed with me in full detail what I wanted and why to ensure that the work to be carried out would meet my expectations. At the end, he suggested that I should not be moving forward as it wouldn't actually help with my problem and that's what you need for a business and an expert - honesty. This honest approach has made me trust them even more. I only have great things to say about Premier Heating - I am looking forward to working with them more.

Premier Heating replaced my broken unvented megaflow tank, plus updated pipework and valves to make safe. Andy and James, both unvented qualified engineers were young professionals, very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and both really helpful. They finished sooner than expected although worked right through from 8.30-6.30pm leaving everything as was. Very very pleased to find a trustworthy company with conscientious engineers who know what they’re doing. I’ll certainly recommend.

What should have been a routine annual boiler service revealed some complex problems that required several visits. Steve from Premier was excellent at identifying the problems and then fixing them with minimal fuss and did not leave the property until he was sure that everything was working correctly. Great customer service Premier and well done having such skilled engineers like Steve on the team

From the moment Zac did the survey and Chris installed the new boiler everything was perfect . The house was clean where work was done . The work was done very efficiently and in the time I was told, in fact it was actually a little earlier. I had the boiler working for a while when the weather was cold and was so surprised how quiet it was. My old one was obviously noisy. As I don’t have internet banking paying was easy over the phone. Everyone I spoke to over the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. It was also nice to receive the cake !
