PHS fitted our new central heating system 2 years ago and we have had no problems. Engineer came to re-fit a radiator removed for decorating and complete task quickly and efficiently.

Despite problem with boiler (through no fault of Premier Heating Solutions) organised Worcester to come out & fix over the weekend & came back on Monday to thoroughly check over. Very happy with service & would recommend.

Fix leak on toilet waste pipe. Initially by resealing with silicone but already suggested alternate solutions if leak persisted. Notes added to job number to allow spare part to be quick/being ordered. Constructive and helpful discussion to avoid any further issues.
