Work: installation of new boiler, two replacement radiators and new thermostatic valves and power flush. Helpful, communicated, polite, got the heating going on day one in very cold weather. Nice guys.

This is the second time I've used Premier Heating and they have proved to be as good as they were the first time. They came around the day after I contacted them and gave me a quote which I accepted and then came and carried out the work (which wasn't urgent) within a week. The person carrying out the work was very polite, thorough and careful and we were impressed.

This is a very professional company, not the cheapest, although their boiler service charge is reasonable. Capable friendly engineers, who all seem to be called James, with a robust back office providing slick administration. Would recommend without reservation.

New boiler proved to be faulty on installation due to being shipped in factory test mode. Sorted out with Worcester & Premier within a couple of days. Good professional service with friendly & competent engineers. Will definitely use Premier Heating again.
