Engineers were very courteous & knowledgeable. We had some supply issues with parts which left us without heating for 24 hours but not a reflection on the quality of the engineers. Overall a positive experience. Without the parts issue, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Very good and quick service non-disruptive. Engineer provided excellent information, was very polite and not talkative, which allowed me to get on with work. Answered and addressed all our queries, same with the hive engineer. Work performed and completed within agreed time.

Communication from the company was thorough and quick. I was without heat in a cold snap in February so the schedule was juggled to enable the work to be completed as soon as possible. James was highly professional and considerate at all times, giving clear information which demonstrated integrity and a determination to do a thorough job When a second visit proved necessary this was arranged to be done within two days and again was completed with care and consideration of the need to avoid mess or disruption When problems occurred James did everything he could to resolve them

Installation of oil fired boiler

Required a new boiler prior to Christmas as a result of old boiler leaking water. A very comprehensive on site inspection was carried out and managed to get work scheduled for 21/22/23 December. All four engineers who were involved in the installation were very professional and customer friendly. Work was carried out to schedule with minor chimney cementing work delayed to 31st due to weather. Overall an excellent experience.

Installed new boiler on budget. Both men worked well under extreme hot weather conditions. Tidy, polite and communicated well. Slight problem on 1st day which was resolved satisfactorily with a humble apology.
