Very disappointing experience with Premier Heating Solutions Premier Club service. I had been paying the monthly membership fee for over a year for emergency support, but when my hot water tank started leaking, their emergency video call system repeatedly failed and customer service did not resolve the issue despite several calls. The engineer I spoke to was helpful, but in the end I had to shut off the water and arrange help elsewhere. Sadly this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company, and I have now cancelled my membership.

Carl used admirable detective skills in identifying the source of a sudden and worrying water leak — an old pipe hidden deep inside the kitchen wall which had been poorly capped years ago. He was a pleasure to have in the house — polite, considerate and skilful. I can highly recommend Premier Heating, with whom I’ve had a boiler contract for many years. I’ve now upgraded to their Premier Club Membership and I was most impressed when they fulfilled their commitment to send an engineer on the very day that I reported the leak. Thank you!

Installed an AC unit in a bedroom. Team gave me great confidence from the start and installlation was completed as promised with excellent support from everyone involved. Outstanding care was taken to minimise disruption and any dust arising from drilling etc. Only issue was that Daikin failed to supply their unit on time which caused a minor delay to the start.

We had our hot water cylinder replaced and a new booster pump and accumulator system installed to deal with low flow in the house. Harley and Ollie fitted the system and did a great job - neat, tidy, courteous, fully functional and even worked late to complete the job. Even our builder commented on the quality of the pipe work. We can now run two showers simultaneously without fear of someone running a tap or flushing a loo.

I wanted to relocate the position of my boiler so it was a big and complex job not a straight swap. So I obtained three quotes of which Premier Heating Solutions were by a modest margin the highest. However I chose them because of their Which rating and because I wanted a turn key solution with one Company taking responsibility for everything. It’s been a complex and difficult job, but I was very fortunate because they assigned one of their senior engineers to it throughout. Chris Harmer mantled the previous system which was very complicated and then rationalised all the pipework to go with a new up-to-date top line Worcester Bosch boiler. ( I had researched the alternative of putting a heat pump in, but concluded that that was a non-starter because the system needed to cope with a large timber framed listed building). Chris was assisted by other engineer colleagues from time to time but I really appreciate the continuity of his presence gave. He had taken apart a very complex system and had knowledge of all of the layout of all the pipework and how to put everything back together again in his brain. The installation was only finished yesterday, so I’ve yet to start enjoying the benefits of the new boiler. However, I’m very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. It’s so neat and Chris’s working of the pipes in the new cylinder cupboard almost looks like an art installation. It’s so perfect.

My wife and I engaged Premium Heating Solutions Ltd to install a gas boiler and central heating system in our flat in Henley. We were very dissatisfied with the quality of the work. A later inspection identified pipework installed directly over electrical wiring, and the wiring insulation had melted. We lost confidence in the installation and instructed another company to redo the work. A complaint has been submitted to Gas Safe.

We take any concerns relating to our workmanship seriously and, where issues are raised, we believe it is important to have the opportunity to return to the property, inspect the work ourselves, and resolve matters wherever possible. In many cases, concerns can be addressed and resolved quickly once we have had the chance to investigate them fully. Unfortunately, in this instance, we were not given the opportunity to revisit the property or assess the issues being alleged before another company was instructed to remove and replace the installation. As a result, we were unable to inspect the original work, discuss potential solutions, or carry out any remedial action ourselves.

I recently asked Premier Heating Solutions for a quote for the replacement of a 20-year-old gas boiler, which had a badly corroded flue. The whole process was very smooth and fast, and the quote provided was much more competitive than the existing supplier. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get me the quote, answer my questions, and then book in the work to be done. From the quote to the work being carried out was 3 working days. The actual installation was very well done. The fitter turned up on time, and the job was carried out efficiently that same day, with all of the waste being picked up later that day. I was kept informed throughout, and all paperwork was supplied by email as promised. I was very happy, therefore to pay the invoice and conclude everything. I hope and fully expect that the follow-up service will be to the same high standard.

Install of Gas boiler to replace Oil

We wanted to upgrade our heating from an old oil fuelled Rayburn to a Gas boiler. Very thorough quote visit gave us confidence that the job was being properly specced, and the quote was easy to understand with the different available options priced out, and the total clear. Once agreed the job was quick to book in. The guys were punctual and completed the job in the expected 2 days. Friendly engineers doing the work, who always took the time to double check anything with me when options/questions came up. Great handover at the end of the job, with everything explained, followed by a call the next day to check everything was ok. And with the premier club membership offer, I feel confident that we have the support there for anything further and servicing etc. Very pleased with the whole process and the speed from quote to completion.

It is clear that summers are getting warmer in the UK. During hot spells my wife and I found it very difficult to cope with the temperature of our bedroom at night. Therefore, I decided to explore the idea of installing an air conditioner. I researched a number of companies and Premier Heating Solutions came up in my web searches and I noted that they had received consistently good reviews from their customers. I prepared a document to explain what I wanted and sent it to them (and other companies). Premier came back promptly and after a telephone call to discuss my requirements in more detail one of their engineers came out to perform a survey. The quotation was sent to me promptly. We recently had our boiler fail in the office over the winter period and called Premier to fix. On understanding it was well passed being fixed we agreed a new one to be installed. Within four days a new boiler installed, very professional and couldn't be happier. Harley noted as being particularly friendly, helpful and taking time to explain all of the functions and settings. Not only is it much cheaper to run, but better for the environment too. 5* communication, service and delivery at such short notice!

Initially Darren came out to service the boiler. He quickly identified that it needed to be replaced and a quotation was emailed to me promptly. The day before the installation Ollie arrived to carry out a power flush of the system. He called ahead, as requested, and arrived within the timeframe he gave. He familiarised himself with the property, explained what was going to happen and carried out the work within the allocated time. The next day Chris arrived on time. He too familiarised himself with the property and explained what he was going to do. Both engineers kept me updated throughout the job and Chris ensured I was happy before he left. They were both kind, professional and tidy.

Having lived in our four bedroomed house for 45 years and had various plumbers over the years with sadly variable skills the resultant pipework looked like a spiders web in our airing cupboard and the consequences resulted in leaking air valves/very bad hot water flow downstairs and build-up of lime scale James came to our rescue and methodically checked everything at the quote stage: what should be done and convinced me the eternal cynic that he really knew what he was talking about and justified his quote in layman's language. The resultant day long job once again proved to me that James knew what he was talking about.....he clearly communicated during the job at every stage of alteration what he was doing and why, which increased my trust in his skill sets. One week later I can now confirm that I am absolutely delighted and signed up for Premiers Annual Service Contract without a second thought

I contacted Premier due to poor Hot water flow in my property, from start to finish they were very open about my options and answered all of my questions. On installation the engineers were friendly and did a great job, even staying a bit longer to make sure everything clean / tidy and the system was working as expected and again answering my questions about on going maintenance etc. Excellent service I would highly recommend using Premier.

Chris and Ollie worked extremely hard on our very complicated cylinder removal and replacement. The job took 4.5 days which was a lot longer than expected but Chris and Ollie worked very late several nights to try to keep on track and keep us with hot water on overnight. Even on those late nights Chris was happy to explain exactly where the job was up to, what the next steps were and how long he thought each step would take. I never felt he was rushing out of the door even after a very long day!. They were neat and tidy, polite, friendly and trustworthy and I felt safe with them in my home and comfortable leaving them in the house as well. The initial quote from Zach was very clearly laid out and competitively priced and did not change, except to add a few extra parts which had been discovered as faulty along the way. We had anticipated this, so we were okay with that. We were entitled to 10% off those parts as part of the Premier membership which came included for a year with our initial quote.

They arranged a same-day appointment which was a huge relief, and George carried out the work. He arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the repair quickly without any fuss. The job was done to a high standard, and he left the work area spotless, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find such a clean and efficient tradesperson. I felt reassured throughout the process and the price was fair for the quality and speed of service provided. I am a retired professional mechanical engineer and have worked in an environment noted for exacting standards of technical and commercial competence. Consequently I now find, so often, the services provided in the domestic servicing of heating systems are often inadequate in terms of high costs and poor delivery. That has not been my recent experience with Premier Heating Solutions, the work they have recently completed at my country cottage which embraced both traditional plumbing and the installation of modern controls to an elderly heating system has been successfully undertaken with the minimum disruption amd at a reasonable cost.

We had the hot water tank replaced with pressurised system, cold water turned to mains over all the house, water softener added, cold water tanks removed from attic and everything disposed of. Excellent work - firstly by Andy who planned and fully explained all the changes, then by Shane who worked solidly for 2 days (with some help) - Shane didn't stop (apart from when we bombarded him with questions!), and his work was excellent. A couple of teething problems quickly resolved by Premier. Definitely 5 stars for quality! Glad to use Premier again.
