Chris and Ollie worked extremely hard on our very complicated cylinder removal and replacement. The job took 4.5 days which was a lot longer than expected but Chris and Ollie worked very late several nights to try to keep on track and keep us with hot water on overnight. Even on those late nights Chris was happy to explain exactly where the job was up to, what the next steps were and how long he thought each step would take. I never felt he was rushing out of the door even after a very long day!. They were neat and tidy, polite, friendly and trustworthy and I felt safe with them in my home and comfortable leaving them in the house as well. The initial quote from Zach was very clearly laid out and competitively priced and did not change, except to add a few extra parts which had been discovered as faulty along the way. We had anticipated this, so we were okay with that. We were entitled to 10% off those parts as part of the Premier membership which came included for a year with our initial quote.

They arranged a same-day appointment which was a huge relief, and George carried out the work. He arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the repair quickly without any fuss. The job was done to a high standard, and he left the work area spotless, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find such a clean and efficient tradesperson. I felt reassured throughout the process and the price was fair for the quality and speed of service provided. I would definitely recommend Premier Heating Solutions and George in particular for anyone needing reliable and prompt heating repairs.

I am a retired professional mechanical engineer and have worked in an environment noted for exacting standards of technical and commercial competence. Consequently I now find, so often, the services provided in the domestic servicing of heating systems are often inadequate in terms of high costs and poor delivery. That has not been my recent experience with Premier Heating Solutions, the work they have recently completed at my country cottage which embraced both traditional plumbing and the installation of modern controls to an elderly heating system has been successfully undertaken with the minimum disruption amd at a reasonable cost.

Ejaz from Premier Heating Services serviced my gas boiler and cleaned out my heating feed and expansion tank. The work was carried out both professionally and tidily. I particularly appreciated the way in which the various steps in the work were explained to me.

The initial meeting was carried out in a professional manner. Everything was explained in detail and then emailed over within an hour. They arrived on time and all work was carried out to a high standard with a friendly attitude. Can not recommend more highly.

Zack did a thorough initial survey and discussed the options with us before Shane and Tyler came in to install our new system. Ejaz Ahmed checked my boiler thoroughly, with the audience of my 3-year-old grandson. He then changed my leaking garden tap and checked the radiators. He was most courteous and efficient.

We had the hot water tank replaced with pressurised system, cold water turned to mains over all the house, water softener added, cold water tanks removed from attic and everything disposed of. Excellent work - firstly by Andy who planned and fully explained all the changes, then by Shane who worked solidly for 2 days (with some help) - Shane didn't stop (apart from when we bombarded him with questions!), and his work was excellent. A couple of teething problems quickly resolved by Premier. Definitely 5 stars for quality! Glad to use Premier again.

The engineer wasn’t due until the afternoon, but rang in the morning to see if it was ok with me if he came early, which suited me better, so I agreed. He arrived and carried out my boiler service as arranged with the least disruption to me possible, along with a thorough check on the whole system, and noted the inhibitor in the radiators was low and so topped it up. I have the Premier heating members service, which is great as I can call on them anytime with problems, so it gives me peace of mind.

Premier heating from initial talks to completion of work took less than a week and a half. We had Chris and George as our fitters, and they arrived promptly at 8 am. We had a split air conditioning installation. Living room and master bedroom. What was easily a day and a half's work was finished in one day. The guys worked till 8.20 pm to get the job finished on a Friday, may I add. Friendliest, nicest guys you could meet. Only stopping for half an hour for lunch, not to mention the 31-degree heat. Informed throughout the day how they were getting on. I felt bad that they worked so long, but they were only concerned that we were happy. I could go on, but in a nutshell, absolutely brilliant. Thanks, guys. Highly recommend.

Premier Heating provided a first class service from the initial enquiry/survey of our own and parents, houses boiler replacement, to completion. The fitting teams turned up when they said they would and were extremely courteous through out the installation. Explaining clearly what they were doing to our elderly parents. Everything was done and completed as advised and on time . No surprises. We would have no hesitation in recommending this business.

They repaired a loo which was leaking from the cistern into the pan. The guy fitted two new parts and checked carefully to see that it flushed properly and was not leaking.

The team worked hard on a complicated job and was completed in one day. This was a better solution to a problem I had. Care was taken not to leave marks and all mess and rubbish removed on completion. Result: problem solved and better water pressure! I frequently use this company for their reliability and professionalism.

This morning, wonderful Steve came out to service our boiler! We have had the best experience with Premier Heating Solutions since our boiler installation. From our first contact with this company, their professionalism, politeness and transparency made them a rare stand-out. Having recently been the victim of nationally-recognised (and supposedly highly-recommended) scam plumbers, we were nervous - we’re not in our first flush of youth, and needed help with a boiler problem. From our very first contact with Premier Heating Solutions to the pristine state of our kitchen after a full boiler installation, we quickly realised that if more companies operated as considerately, transparently, honestly and professionally as this one does, TrustPilot would be out of a job! Customer service from every single member of the team we had contact with was outstanding. Engineers who visited our property were beyond helpful and professional. The quote we were given for the work was exactly what we were charged. On each occasion, the kitchen was left absolutely spotless. We so wish we had found this company sooner - we cannot recommend them highly enough and will be using them exclusively from now on!

I really can’t recommend Premier Heating enough. I contacted them as I needed a new water cylinder installed - something I had put off for a while, as I knew it wouldn’t be cheap! From the start, they were fantastic, the people I spoke to from the office as well as the people who came round to survey/install the cylinder, were all brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make sure all my questions were answered. They even sent a little gift after the work was completed which was very much appreciated. I am so pleased I finally got the work done and even more pleased that I chose Premier Heating.

Just had my boiler serviced by Ejaz. Excellent service! Efficient, thorough and Ejaz didn't mind answering my questions. Very happy with my boiler fitted by this firm three years ago and the service provided thereafter.

I had a leaky pipe in my airing cupboard, Premier came promptly and gave me a quote of £264. Assuming this was a big job (I unfortunately know little about plumbing), I accepted the quote. They came on the day arranged and fixed the leak promptly and professionally. My only gripe is that the plumber took 35 mins to do this, and I fell that this was extortionate for £264. I contacted Premier to express my dismay at the high cost for such a small job but they refused to reduce the price. Possibly their prices are more reasonable for big jobs, but I would not recommend them for small ones.

New boiler fitted, tidy clean work, very friendly and knowledgeable engineers. From the quotation to follow up Premier are a first class company.
