James was prompt, tidy and professional. He was clearly very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain each step of the process. And he certainly put in a shift - new boiler installed, with all the trimming in 1 day. Would thoroughly recommend this company - from quote to completion they were trustworthy and efficient.

The team was great. The leading person (David) very patiently explained every step of the work they were about to do in advance. Everyone else involved (James, Luck, Barry) were really nice and courteous. We were left without heating for one evening only (were I expected it to be the whole time until installation completed), and even then, they verified that the hot water were still available. It was obvious that quality of the work is important and the guys take pride in doing it to best quality possible. The result is a great solution which I hope we will enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend working with Premier Heating.
