From start to finish premier heating solutions gave us full confidence that they were the right firm to do this job. Phil impressed immediately with his knowledge and can do attitude and the subsequent quote was better than expected. The old boiler was housed inside a large kitchen unit. The new one needed to be in exactly the same place as nowhere else was viable. Add to this a mixture of cast iron, imperial and metric pipes and fittings this was not going to be a simple like for like job. Hence our good feeling after the first visit and quote. The work took a little longer than first thought but it was a job really well done and we are delighted. Ollie certainly knows his stuff and worked non stop for the four days he was with us, very professional in every way. Our praise must also go to the ladies in the office who needed to update us on schedules, covid 19 related, etc etc. Again, all very professional. We look forward to recommending premier heating solutions to anyone needing this kind of work.

On calling Premier Heating Solutions Sue was very helpful. Callum the plumber arrived and did an excellent job. He was very quick and efficient. The cost of the job was as quoted. Very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend the Company and will be using them again myself.

Premier Heating installed a new boiler 1 year ago, which was a great experience. Proactively contacted me for the annual service. Next day Engineer arrived within the agreed time window. Great first impression of the Engineer was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Also efficient and went above & beyond with questions whilst he was here. Would have no qualms recommending Premier Heating. Was a nice to experience an engineer who appeared to enjoy his job & engaging with customers!

I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating Solutions who last week fitted a new gas boiler and hot water tank complete with a system power flush in our bungalow. Everything went to schedule with no delay. Callum and Harley were friendly, polite and extremely professional explaining everything as they progressed. They were very neat and tidy and limited the disruption caused to the hot water system during their work. Without doubt the best plumbers we have experienced over the last few years. Because of our softened water we had a stainless steel Atag boiler fitted as opposed to a standard boiler which would not be compatible with the soft water. The Premier Club service plan seems to be better than equivalent plans from major suppliers and for about 50p per day has given us peace of mind. The warranty period for the boiler is good, again better than competitors. Must not forget the office staff (Michelle) who were also excellent in arranging the deliveries and rubbish collection immediately at the end of the job.

Excellent installation of a complete replacement heating system

After our old heating system failed we took the decision to completely replace the system including the hot water cylinder. From the very beginning the team of engineers were polite, efficient, tidy and caring. Throughout the six days of work they kept us fully informed of what was going to be happening. This enabled us to keep to separate rooms in our house to enable them to work safely and efficiently. I particularly liked the fact that we would receive an Email informing us of the engineer(s) who would be attending on a daily basis (on one day we had a team of five engineers working on the system).

Callum did a first rate job with great attention to detail. He was happy and friendly even though the garage where he was working was freezing. Everything was left clean and tidy. Could not be faulted. The whole company needs to be commended for their professionalism and work ethics. From my first phone enquiry to the finished job they were all nothing but responsive and helpful. Why are there not more companies like this?

This was the first service after the new boiler was installed last year. Steve carried out a thorough service, and cleaned the magnetic filter (very dirty), and then bled all the boilers. An excellent job and a pleasure to do business with. Thoroughly recommend the company.

After having trouble finding an appointment with my previous service provider, I did a bit of a research - actually used a search engine and found Premier Heating Solutions. I am so glad that my previous provider was "too" busy and I found Premier Heating! First thing first, they are very professional - everything happens within the provided time period, with the highest quality you would expect and with best professionalism that is possible. They come on time, they get things done and they get them done to way above expectations. The service engineer who came over, did check every single thing that needs to be checked and even went beyond to ensure extras are done to ensure us a safe winter. I cannot thank enough! More to add here, I also asked for a quote for some extra work that I was planning to do and this made me get even more impressed. Service engineer not only explained what was the art of possible but also discussed with me in full detail what I wanted and why to ensure that the work to be carried out would meet my expectations. At the end, he suggested that I should not be moving forward as it wouldn't actually help with my problem and that's what you need for a business and an expert - honesty. This honest approach has made me trust them even more. I only have great things to say about Premier Heating - I am looking forward to working with them more.

The Premier engineers that attended my house were fantastic. They were punctual, polite, tidy and genuinely concerned to understand the problems I had with my underfloor heating's performance. They diagnosed a series of matters needing attending and took the time to talk me through the proposals. Their real-time quoting system for the additional work left no doubts as to what was to be done and how much I would pay. They proceeded to make the repairs and test the system. A few hours after they left, my house was already warm and comfortable. Now I know about Premier, I have no need to ever need to find another heating engineer to look after my home.

What should have been a routine annual boiler service revealed some complex problems that required several visits. Steve from Premier was excellent at identifying the problems and then fixing them with minimal fuss and did not leave the property until he was sure that everything was working correctly. I was impressed with the first class service from my initial enquiry, through the home survey and ultimately the supply and fit of my new boiler. Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient and very courteous - the back office, the installers and ancilliary staff were all excellent and made every effort to ensure that the process went smoothly. It is really nice to be able to deal with a local family run business which prides itself in service and excellence and that all the installers are directly employed by the company, not subcontracted out labour. I firmly believe that where possible I buy british and buy local.

Great service from start to finish

The quotation process with Zach was comprehensive. To have the quote and options to hand, on paper, at his departure after 2 hours was remarkable. Final decision on options and acceptance of the quote were easy. A feature of Premier is their speed and accuracy of Communication through the Office by phone and e-mail. Top marks. The installation and re-location of the boiler was, I think, a fairly complex job. It was carried out over two of the coldest and foulest days of the year. Harley and his mates made our lives more tolerable with politeness, cheerfulness and steady progress, with (again) Communication of what was going on. Great work. Co-ordination with the roofer and waste-disposer, all arranged by Premier, appeared seamless. Harley was very attentive in getting the system running and checked on day 2. He stayed late to attempt further instruction on the control system, and any failure to fully educate us low-tech pensioners is not down to him! We are fine now. This was an impressive performance by Premier Heating Solutions. Fully priced, but good value for the money. Well done and thank you.

I've been very pleased with the whole experience from initial contact to completion of the installation of my new boiler. During the survey the engineer Steve Vincent was very helpful and knowledgeable and a quotation was prepared very quickly. There was lots of detail so it was easy to see exactly what I was going to receive. The installation was very efficient. The engineer Brandon arrived on time and he clearly explained what he was going to do and gave me confidence that the installation was going to be successful. It was very apparent that he was an experienced engineer and was very diligent and professional. On completion the system was thoroughly tested and I'm looking forward to having a nice warm house during the winter.

Fast Efficient Repair to leak in roof space

We returned from a weekend away to find water stains on the bathroom ceiling. A quick check in the loft confirmed a leak from a push fitting. As a member of the Premier Heating Club I rang them and they arranged for Harley to come out the next day. The leak was isolated and a complete fix made replacing the quick fit pipes with copper. A great speedy job done a relief that we avoided any more ceiling damage.

Over the last 8 years I have used Premier Heating Solutions for various repairs and annual service of my heating system. My contact with the engineers and office staff has always been very reliable and efficient plus their advice easily understood. It's been my annual boiler service time and an 18 year old boiler had failed so a new one was required. Andy, the engineer, took photos and explained the various options including bringing the gas meter pipework up to today's requirements. Whilst he was still at the house a quote was obtained from the office. The new boiler was fitted this week and again engineer, George, worked in a very clean and efficient way leaving me feeling confident in what had been done by explaining and showing photographs. Our ancient oil fired boiler decided to give up just before we went on holiday in March. While away I searched the internet, trying to avoid spending hours calling lots of heating and plumbing firms to discover a long list of reasons why they couldn’t quickly replace our boiler. I found Premier’s website which described exactly what I needed (a new, high quality Oil fired boiler pretty much immediately, capability to quickly resolve any associated problems with plumbing and fittings, and the service and support to match). The site was written in a way that suggested they really knew what they were doing and really understood what it’s like to cope with a failed boiler and all the issues that come with that. So, without any recommendation or experience of dealing with them, I contacted Premier and booked an appointment. What followed was exactly as described on their website. Excellent communication, very quick response, knowledgeable staff who kept us very fully informed, both remotely and on site, and very neat and clean workmanship installing top quality products. There’s not much more anybody could ask for (maybe a little cheaper?) 😀. Within 7 days of our return from holiday we’d had a survey of our heating, agreed what needed doing, had a new boiler, pump and various valves, a repositioned flue (as an afterthought), new (smart) thermostatic controls, and all checked, tested and running well. Fantastic!

My toilet cistern ceased to flush this morning on a Sunday. Needing urgent help I sent an email to Premier Heating Solutions not expecting a reply until Tuesday, but at least I was hoping from a firm I've used before and trust to get the ball rolling . Within a few minutes of sending my email I had a phone call from a pleasant young lady, she said we can get a plumber to you today, but at this time I cannot say exactly when. The plumber Chris arrived rang the bell and introduced himself, I told him the toilet was at the top of the stairs, he went up and tried a few things then told me it needs a new syphon and he needed to go back to the office to collect one. He did that and upon his arrival showed me exactly what he was fitting and how it worked. He went upstairs did the job made sure it was working well and cleaned up. He came back down the stairs and showed me the old syphon, he explained that he had fitted a more modern one that did not use a diaphragm. Chris all I can say is between you and Premier Heating Solutions you have done a fantastic job and to add to it the total time from my email to you ,Premier Heating Solutions took approx 4 hours, very satisfactory the work 4 hours yes and on a Sunday morning prior to the Monday Bank Holiday ( MAY DAY) Chris you did a wonderful for a widower and like most older men we need the toilet more often. Thanks a million Chris you did a great job.
