I have been using the company for several years which speaks for itself. They are consistently reliable professional and good to communicate with. Looking at the job done yesterday which was to replace 3 toilet pans and covers they turned up on time, took all the measures needed to protect the carpets, took all the time needed to remove the old sealant (difficult and time-consuming) and cleaned up thoroughly. Both engineers (one an apprentice) were polite and communicative. In summary a top class experience. In addition the company had previously spent a lot of time and resource to find replacement pan seats and covers for the old toilet pans. None of the right size could be located which was my expectation but the fact that the company did extensive research was typical of their normal high standards.

We were used to a call from our plumber who fitted our Boiler a few years ago for its annual service. When he retired we lost the reminder process until I came across the need again by accident. Fortunately, I had the e-mail of a plumber who now works for Premier Heating who arranged for a visit from a member of their team. Steve came and did a first class job , quick, clean and a nice guy as a bonus. We immediately booked him to complete fitting of Thermostats to all the necessary radiators. He completed this satisfactorily, despite having to deal with some long-established pipework. He'd be welcome back any time it's necessary. Super service from the Company.

We needed all of our under sink drainage pipework in the kitchen to be re-installed as well as re-attaching supply pipes to the wall. We had been let down by other companies. Premier Heating Solutions provided a confident, professional approach from the start. A plumber called us back within an hour of our inquiry and arranged a diagnostic visit. All prices and working procedures were clearly explained; an email confirmation followed together with an appointment reminder the day before. Steve visited us on time and explained clearly the work needed. A quote followed by email later that day, with a simple electronic process for accepting it. An appointment was sent within a few hours of our accepting the quote. James M carried out the work for us and found it to be more complex than anticipated. Despite his having to spend over 3 hours on-site, and driving off to collect additional parts, there was no increase in the quoted price. Throughout the work, we were kept fully informed of progress in language we could easily understand! Both engineers wore masks as we'd requested and observed Covid protocols

I asked Premier to quote for servicing our boiler, fitting a replacement radiator and re-fitting an old one to allow the wall behind it to be redecorated. The quote came through quickly and I phoned to arrange the appointment for the work to be done. Got through to Vicky in the office who was very helpful and booked the work in for a few days later. James arrived on time and kept us informed of progress, then checked with us when it turned out the old radiator would need to be removed completely and refitted at a later date. The work was completed in good time and I was really pleased with the workmanship and friendly communication throughout.

Hot water tank started leaking 8 months after installation. Calum came out on Monday to diagnose the fault and identified an issue with the factory fitted seal on the flow inlet, tank was replaced by James on Wednesday quickly efficiently with no mess. Fantastic aftercare service.

Rubbish!
Booked my first appointment with this company and was advised the appointment was between 7am and 1pm. I received regular emails about the booking, reminding me of it and to be sure to let them know if I need to cancel. I get up at 6.00am, having made arrangements to stay at home for the day, remove all the aesthetic housing and clear a works area. At nearly 10am I receive a call from Helen, "unfortunately your engineer is sick and won't be coming, I'd like to schedule another day" Really? No apology and the arrogant assumption I would like to have another let down like today is not the way to do business.

Hi, Thanks for the review. We aim to offer five-star service every time and when we get reviews like this it's always a tough one to swallow. We take all feedback very seriously, so I've had a look into this for you and wanted to provide you with an overview of the situation from our perspective. I can see that you were booked for a morning appointment, which we offer between the hours of 9AM and 1PM. Unfortunately, your engineer wasn't very well on that particular day so we called to ask if it was possible to reschedule and this was carried out approximately 40 mins after our office opened at 9AM. In this type of situation it's rare that an appointment is rescheduled; however, as I'm sure you recall there was a major storm that affected most of the UK that day and by 9AM it was already causing our engineers lots of issues with fallen trees, power cuts and traffic jams. Because of this, we were forced to prioritise our workload for the day and identify the most urgent and vulnerable customers. Before we spoke to anyone, it was important to understand who was without heating or hot water and who was at risk. At this point, we had no idea how bad the storm was going to get so we needed to make sure that these customers were dealt with first. As you had heating and hot water, you were identified as low risk and we contacted you and several others to make you aware of the situation. As previously discussed, we're really sorry for any inconvenience this caused you.

James and the various lads who came to assist were unfailingly cheerful, energetic, and efficient. An absolute mare's nest of pipes and joints was simplified, and I'm very pleased with how it looks now. They cleared up after themselves and left the place very clean and tidy.

The company's systems, processes and communications are excellent as are the staff involved in developing and implementing their proposed solution. We needed a new heating and hot water system because our old oil boiler finally gave up the ghost. Zach scoped the work and devised a new gas system for us including a new hot water tank and a smart thermostat. The removal of the old system and the installation of the new one was carried out by James assisted by Scott. They did exemplary work. Their approach was thoughtful, intelligent and thorough. Even the work which will remain hidden was carried out carefully, neatly and with ease of maintenance in mind. The resulting system is working beautifully and I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

I have used Premier Heating for several years for boiler servicing. After deciding that I needed a new one, Zac came and carried out a survey and we discussed my options. This resulted in me choosing a new combi boiler. A lot of work was involved as the old tanks and defunct pipework etc. had to be removed. The fitters were here for three days, during which time I was informed of the progress of the work. A total of six different fitters were involved and I have to say that they were all lovely to have around, very polite, considerate and tidy. I'm now looking forward to seeing how the new system works during the cold weather. I'm confident that if I have any problems they will be dealt with promptly. As the result of my experiences with Premier Heating I can thoroughly recommend them and therefore can give them 5 stars.

I was impressed from the minute I made an email enquiry about replacing a faulty shower pump. A very professional website and team of colleagues both in the office and in the field. I received an almost immediate response with an outlined quote and online ability to agree the quote. The cost was not the cheapest but you pay for quality and this firm has definite quality - the quote was the price I paid. I only wish that I had discovered this company before now. I had to telephone several times and spoke to Steve, Rich and Helen all of whom were friendly, professional, patient and very reassuring. I was very impressed with everyone's 'can do' approach . I had to have several visits over a couple of weeks (as the result of a manufacturer sending two faulty replacement shower pumps and insisting on alterations to pipework) and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot commend Andy highly enough and Carl too, both gave clear explanations of what was being done and went the extra mile answering all of my many questions. A thank you also to Neil who helped with communication with the pump manufacturer and Steve too who also did work as part of the job. Everyone left the area clean and clear of debris and very respectful of my pale carpet. I highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions and I have already told friends about them. I will not hesitate to contact them when my boiler needs replacing .

We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free. From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house. On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable. Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler. Thank you again for all your hard work, great communication and continued support when there was a slight issue with the hot water, this was resolved efficiently and with our any problems which was much appreciated.

I’ve used Premier Heating a few times over the years (boiler install and other bits). We’ve always been happy with the work. This time we had to install an enormous radiator with a less than direct route for the pipe work. Also some other radiator tweaks. Tom was our allocated engineer who was great throughout. Thoroughly professional, tidy, good fun, diligent and truly knowledgeable. Another thing which is really important to me and what I like about Premier is that they turned up to quote when they said they would, the quote was with me within the day, and the engineer turned up on the appointed day too. We all have busy lives and conflicting time pressures and this part of their business can’t be understated. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating.

From the moment Zac did the survey and Chris installed the new boiler everything was perfect . The house was clean where work was done . The work was done very efficiently and in the time I was told, in fact it was actually a little earlier. I had the boiler working for a while when the weather was cold and was so surprised how quiet it was. My old one was obviously noisy. As I don’t have internet banking paying was easy over the phone. Everyone I spoke to over the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. It was also nice to receive the cake !

Premier Heating replaced our gas boiler and did a system upgrade just over 10 years ago. Since then, they have done the yearly maintenance tasks. This year they reported some elements that required attention. Having had excellent service over the years, we were confident that they would do a good job. A thorough system check showed that the work included draining the system to replace defective thermostatic radiator valves; we decided to also replace the 6 downstairs radiators which were over 50 years old. Andy and his colleague arrived on time, on a Saturday, and immediately put down protective floor coverings. After confirming the items to be worked on, they worked steadily through the day with minimum disruption and mess. When completed, they cleared up and checked the system was operating OK. Andy did a great job and the quality was better than the original builder's. Thanks to Premier Heating we can enjoy many trouble-free years ahead.
