I’ve used Premier Heating a few times over the years (boiler install and other bits). We’ve always been happy with the work. This time we had to install an enormous radiator with a less than direct route for the pipe work. Also some other radiator tweaks. Tom was our allocated engineer who was great throughout. Thoroughly professional, tidy, good fun, diligent and truly knowledgeable. Another thing which is really important to me and what I like about Premier is that they turned up to quote when they said they would, the quote was with me within the day, and the engineer turned up on the appointed day too. We all have busy lives and conflicting time pressures and this part of their business can’t be understated. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating.

New boiler installation

We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free. From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house. On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable. Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler. Thank you again for all your hard work, great communication and continued support when there was a slight issue with the hot water, this was resolved efficiently and with our any problems which was much appreciated.

I don't normally leave reviews but really wanted to here. Premier Heating Solutions replaced my old boiler with a new combi - boiler and I can't recommend them highly enough. A really professional and friendly service from the first contact through a few phone calls to check details to a first class installation carried out with a minimum of fuss and a follow up call to make sure I was 100% happy. Apart from the engineers being given the wrong address Premier Heating were excellent. The whole process from initial contact on the Web, visit from their surveyor, a price given and installation took less than a week. The two engineers, Tom and Lee (Leigh) were brilliant. Both were jovial, pleasant and extremely professional. Would highly recommend

From the moment Zac did the survey and Chris installed the new boiler everything was perfect . The house was clean where work was done . The work was done very efficiently and in the time I was told, in fact it was actually a little earlier. I had the boiler working for a while when the weather was cold and was so surprised how quiet it was. My old one was obviously noisy. As I don’t have internet banking paying was easy over the phone. Everyone I spoke to over the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. It was also nice to receive the cake !

Premier Heating replaced our gas boiler and did a system upgrade just over 10 years ago. Since then, they have done the yearly maintenance tasks. This year they reported some elements that required attention. Having had excellent service over the years, we were confident that they would do a good job. A thorough system check showed that the work included draining the system to replace defective thermostatic radiator valves; we decided to also replace the 6 downstairs radiators which were over 50 years old. Andy and his colleague arrived on time, on a Saturday, and immediately put down protective floor coverings. After confirming the items to be worked on, they worked steadily through the day with minimum disruption and mess. When completed, they cleared up and checked the system was operating OK. Andy did a great job and the quality was better than the original builder's. Thanks to Premier Heating we can enjoy many trouble-free years ahead.

The team worked hard on a complicated job and was completed in one day. This was a better solution to a problem I had. Care was taken not to leave marks and all mess and rubbish removed on completion. Result: problem solved and better water pressure! Having lived in our four bedroomed house for 45 years and had various plumbers over the years with sadly variable skills the resultant pipework looked like a spiders web in our airing cupboard and the consequences resulted in leaking air valves/very bad hot water flow downstairs and build-up of lime scale James came to our rescue and methodically checked everything at the quote stage: what should be done and convinced me the eternal cynic that he really knew what he was talking about and justified his quote in layman's language. The resultant day long job once again proved to me that James knew what he was talking about.....he clearly communicated during the job at every stage of alteration what he was doing and why, which increased my trust in his skill sets. One week later I can now confirm that I am absolutely delighted and signed up for Premiers Annual Service Contract without a second thought

Carl used admirable detective skills in identifying the source of a sudden and worrying water leak — an old pipe hidden deep inside the kitchen wall which had been poorly capped years ago. He was a pleasure to have in the house — polite, considerate and skilful. I can highly recommend Premier Heating, with whom I’ve had a boiler contract for many years. I’ve now upgraded to their Premier Club Membership and I was most impressed when they fulfilled their commitment to send an engineer on the very day that I reported the leak. Thank you!

Really impressed from start to finish. Turned up exactly when promised, did exactly what they promised, kept us really well informed throughout.
