We are very happy with the work Carl from Premier Heating carried out for us. I called them out on behalf of my Mum to quote on the replacement of her leaking kitchen tap and he arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. After quoting and agreeing on that tap, we asked about another tap replacement job (for our utility room sink) and he was more than happy to discuss options and to take that on as well. A couple of hours later and everything was tidy and well-fitted, at which point he demonstrated everything to make sure we were happy. We would certainly recommend Carl and Premier Heating again.

Zack did a thorough initial survey and discussed the options with us before Shane and Tyler came in to install our new system. Did a very tidy job with the pipework. Also consulted before just putting boiler where it would be easiest to fit for them. Explained what they were doing. Left kitchen in a tidy state once had finished. Minimal fuss while in and got us our hot water and heating back.

Fix leak on toilet waste pipe. Initially by resealing with silicone but already suggested alternate solutions if leak persisted. Notes added to job number to allow spare part to be quick/being ordered. Constructive and helpful discussion to avoid any further issues.
