Premier Heating Solutions have fitted a new gas boiler for me, their service was extremely professional every step of the way. Phone calls are answered promptly and organisation and communication throughout was excellent. Pete and Rob were polite, professional and extremely tidy. They were respectful of my home, tiding up as they went along and leaving my kitchen spotless after completing the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. With a plethora of plumbers around they are a breath of fresh air, service is second to none with a skilled, polite and knowledgeable workforce.

Premier Heating Solutions were recommended to me by several of my neighbours, following which I used them to convert my old conventional central heating system to a Combi boiler system. Phil inspected and took time to listen to my requirements and queries before making his recommendations. He was knowledgeable and was very helpful and prepared a detailed quotation immediately. I had confidence in his recommendations and proceeded. The installation was carried out by James, who was professional throughout. He was polite, neat and took immense care with all his work. His priorities were to ensure that the job was carried out to the highest standard and that I was entirely satisfied, no matter if it took up more of his time. I have used many skilled tradesmen and engineers over the years with my work as a Chartered Surveyor, and James is up there with the best of them. Certainly he is the best that has ever worked in my house. These are high praises, to the extent he may be embarrassed, but they are completely deserved. I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating, who are a very friendly and professional firm.

Initial visit from Premier Heating provided us with a very thorough assessment of our current heating system, and recommended the most appropriate system boiler as well as ancillary products such as power flush. We appreciated the promptness of response. The installation was on the dates we requested and was done by two heating engineers. They were knowledgeable and courteous and explained what needs to be done and in what order. The installation was completed on time and was very professionally executed. Waste products and the old boiler were removed very quickly the same day just as the installation engineer was leaving the house. Apart from the initial quotation and the installation, one additional point to note was the efficiency of the office administration who kept us updated by email and text message of the dates of installation and the time and names of the staff attending. Overall, the service provided was exceptional taking all aspects from start to completion.

We decided to replace our 26 year old gas boiler before having a complete kitchen refit. Phil came out to assess our requirements and sent the quote in that evening. Compared to the 4 other quotes we received, Premier Heating’s was the most competitive and clearly itemised exactly what they were proposing to do. Communication prior to installation was excellent and the engineer, Peter, carried out the work pleasantly and efficiently over the two days he was here. We had one slight problem with a faulty thermostat and this was swiftly replaced by Premier Heating the next working day. Overall we were very pleased with the service provided by Premier Heating and thoroughly recommend them.

Very professional work, the installer was courteous and answered any questions I had. The site was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. Good job, no complaints.

Our new boiler has been working perfectly since it was fitted by Premier Heating Solutions last March and has now very efficiently received its first service by Steve. He also very kindly looked at the gas fire and established that we need to contact a service engineer for it. A very satisfactory visit, thankyou.

From the initial contact, to the quotation (which was lower than the others), and to completion, the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. The quotation was immediate, the installation on the dates we agreed, by James and his colleagues, who arrived punctually, worked really hard until 5pm each day, always with a smile and politeness. The standard of work was excellent and the job was left clean and tidy. The invoice was exactly as agreed. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

This is the first time we have used Premier as our previous plumber is retiring. The task was to fit a new kitchen tap so I was a little worried we would not get much attention as it is a small job. They were excellent - the plumber went out of his way for us. He had to go to a plumbers merchant to get an adapter as we had bought a Groehe (European not UK sizing). Despite that we were not charged extra. The pre-visit communication was also excellent.

Really pleased with Premier Heating. They installed a new gas boiler and upgraded the central heating system about 8 years ago for us and we have been using Premier Heating ever since to service the boiler. They are excellent in every way.

Turned up on time, were clean, careful and businesslike. Completed the work in good time, and the system works well, no hesitation in recommending them at all. Have a service contract with them taken out at the time, they contact me when service is due, and again provide an excellent service. They turn up on time, get on with it, clean up as required, are always courteous and friendly, explaining as and when required what they are doing.

The engineer was very punctual and observed the Covid guidelines correctly. He detected one potentially dangerous fault which he was able to resolve on the spot. He was very thorough and very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Although a routine service usually takes about one hour, he continued to work until he had made sure everything was fully functional and safe even though it took him nearly two hours to do so. He was polite and very good-natured. Five stars are very well deserved.

We had a new boiler installed. The service the engineer and his relevant colleagues gave us was second to none. Carl, the lead guy, at all times kept us informed on what and why a particular action was being completed. The electrician concisely explained the new thermostat system and the roofers just efficiently got on with what was required. Carl was approachable and friendly and cleaned up impeccably at the end of the installation. Well done and thank you.

I couldn’t be more happy with the team who completed our work. We had a new boiler installed, new hot water tank and pretty much a completely new system piped in. The team who performed the job were polite, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job, explaining what they were doing and why and consulting us every step of the way. Having had a bad leak under the floor due to inferior pipework, we needed the pipes replacing quickly before the insurance company replaced the flooring. A representative from Premier Solutions arrived promptly on the Monday morning and the work was done on the Friday. An engineer worked tirelessly from 9 - 5 and the work done was excellent and done to high standard. Unfortunately, our heating system had developed a problem, having been drained and not used for months, which the engineer was not able to rectify, but the following day a heating engineer arrived and after several hours of patient work, the heating system was restored. I have more experience than most with heating and plumbing services because of my job. This company is one of the best I have used, far better than British Gas. I have used them on three occasions, they turn up when they say they will. Do a good job and clean up after themselves, I would like to specially mention Helen in the office and Carl. Both excellent at their jobs

We have used Premier Heating Solutions for about 10 years for our oil boiler maintenance and heating system repairs. As a company they are good to work with and give job costings up front. All the staff we have dealt with over the years have been polite, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Premier Heating replaced our ageing boiler last week. From initial home survey through to completion everyone was great to deal with. Although the replacement boiler was the same make and model (Grant Vortex Pro System) it wasn’t a straightforward job. Both Kirk and Chris were great throughout the three days it took to complete the installation and didn’t let things get them down. I definitely recommend Premier Heating Solutions for oil boiler maintenance and replacement.

Harley and Tyler were professional prompt and tidy, and did a brilliant job. I'd especially like to mention how much we appreciate the job they did, as our location has loads of challenges relating to parking, access to parts of the building and generally wonky walls, ceilings and floors, which they just took in their stride, and were very patient about. I decided to replace my heating circulator pump as the existing one was very old and I did not think it would last another winter. I contacted Premier and asked for someone to come and give me an estimate. I explained that it was not urgent bet even so they came within a short time. The engineer was able to give me a quote on the spot which I found reasonable. I then told him I would like to go ahead and to my very pleasant surprise, he said he could fit it right away. The job was soon finished and everything left tidy. I really was very pleased. We have used Premier for all our heating work since we arrived in the village three years ago and have been veyy happy with the results.

Good Service provided. Staff appear to be well-trained, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Reviewed our air source pump system and recommended energy savings. Work completed on time.
