New gas install requiring everything from gas pipes to new gas boiler, supply and fitting of same, new flue, new hot water cylinder, new header tank, new valves to skirting heating (installed in ‘70s), new heating and hot water programmer, removal of old oil boiler and flue, capping off oil supply from tank and making good. Every aspect of this work was done with thought, care and to an exceptionally high standard, from the quotation through to the install itself. Sound advice and recommendations, given that the majority of the central heating was originally installed in the 1970’s. The heating engineers arrived on time and worked diligently throughout. We were never left without hot water and we were only without heating for two days. Fantastic! Lovely people to have around, especially in these difficult times. Felt safe and confident in their work. When the work was complete, Mick ran through how things worked and what was what with the new system. We were given a really nicely presented file with the installation manuals, user instructions and other pieces of information, together with a little magnetic Premier Heating gas cabinet key/radiator bleed key (nice touch). Let’s not forget the backup team in the office who are helpful and lovely to deal with also. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating.

Premier Heating fitted and re-sited a large new boiler and replaced several system components including all TRVs. The quotation process was very helpful and thorough. Work started on the day/time promised, finishing a day early. The engineer worked very diligently, produced a very tidy installation and, at completion, everything worked well. He was courteous, helpful and very Covid-aware. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

Premier Heating Surrey fitted a new boiler and hot water cylinder - their engineer came when they said they would and was installation was slightly quicker than anticipated and works very well. We had a couple of minor snags which were professionally dealt with and it was a good job done.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about the enquiry handling, estimate or fitting. Work was started on the intended date and finished on the date promised at inception. Tidy, accurate and working.

Premier Heating were excellent from start to finish. We had all bar one of our radiators and valves replaced and a new circulating pump. The estimator was very helpful in helping us decide what we needed and did not try to sell anything extra. Both he and the fitter turned up exactly at the time agreed and were friendly and efficient. The invoice was exactly as agreed. They left no mess whatsoever. We are very happy with the radiators and I would definitely recommend this company. The cost was as expected and similar to other quotes.

During its annual servicing our boiler was found to be unsafe and as such deemed unsafe for further use, which meant no hot water! However Premier Heating treated it as a matter of urgency and within a day or two were able to fit the new Worcester boiler, guaranteed for ten years and highly recommended by Which? The engineer arrived earlier than the appointed time, presentable and very pleasant. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was able to give us hot running water after the first day, which he said was a priority as the weekend was looming. Any mess was cleared up and the installation lasted two days from beginning to end, which included an additional flushing out the radiators. Everything was explained together with maintenance after installation. The price was as quoted and I liked the fact that they contribute £100 to a water charity for every boiler they fit. They turned, what could have, a stressful situation into a pleasant one! The flowers sent to us by Premier Heating afterwards came as a very pleasant surprise. It is rare to receive five star customer care these days but Premier Heating rose to the challenge! Thank you.
