During its annual servicing our boiler was found to be unsafe and as such deemed unsafe for further use, which meant no hot water! However Premier Heating treated it as a matter of urgency and within a day or two were able to fit the new Worcester boiler, guaranteed for ten years and highly recommended by Which? The engineer arrived earlier than the appointed time, presentable and very pleasant. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was able to give us hot running water after the first day, which he said was a priority as the weekend was looming. Any mess was cleared up and the installation lasted two days from beginning to end, which included an additional flushing out the radiators. Everything was explained together with maintenance after installation. The price was as quoted and I liked the fact that they contribute £100 to a water charity for every boiler they fit. They turned, what could have, a stressful situation into a pleasant one! The flowers sent to us by Premier Heating afterwards came as a very pleasant surprise. It is rare to receive five star customer care these days but Premier Heating rose to the challenge! Thank you.

Every attention was given to ensure we received the best service. A new boiler was installed necessitating revision of existing pipework. This has been installed with every care and attention to detail, ensuring minimal disturbance to existing plasterwork and fittings, including matching of bricks. The information provided prior to and following the installation ensured we were fully informed about anticipated costs and follow-up care. The whole system now works far more effectively than when it was first installed over fifteen years ago. Highly recommended.

Used Premier Heating before (18 years ago) for a complete re-plumb on previous property which was excellent. Much smaller job this time around (but still complicated) redirecting pipe work/rads from a defunct Rayburn to join the oil fired central heating boiler. All work completed on time and with great care - no mess anywhere due to thoughtful preparation before hand.
