Premier Heating have serviced my Worcester Greenstar boiler annually since I moved here in 2020. Their engineers have all been thorough, pleasant and helpful. I have been given good advice on how to use the controls in the most energy-saving way. The office is extremely efficient, the engineers arrive within the expected time frame, and I give the Company the highest possible recommendation.

We have used Premier Heating for many years and we have always been very satisfied with their service and work. On this occasion and with perfect timing, our central heating system packed up just as the weather was turning very cold. I phoned Premier Heating late in the afternoon and they were immediately onto it. Firstly by trying to rectify the problem, which initially they thought could be a reset issue, with me over the phone. Once they realised it was something more fundamental, they sent an engineer around the next day to diagnose the problem. New parts were ordered and as soon as they arrived they came back the same day to carry out repairs and to get the heating working. Throughout they were very helpful and provided great customer service. We always find Premier Hearting to be very professional and very pleasant to deal with.

We have been customers of Premier Heating for around thirty years. They upgraded our central heating system and installed a new boiler when we moved into our current house, and have serviced the system ever since. This boiler served us extremely well, but this month we got Premier Heating to replace it, along with four of our original radiators, and install new thermostatic valves on all the radiators. As usual, all dealings with the company were very professional and reassuring. We were given fully costed options at the estimation stage, questions were answered clearly, and the installation was carried out to a very high standard, extremely cleanly, by a very knowledgeable and friendly installation engineer. Overall we were once again very impressed with the level of service.

Replacement and installation of new gas boiler along with changing other parts of the system including thermostatic radiator valves, motorised valves and pumps. The initial estimate was helpful and identified potential problems along with proposed solutions. The installation was carried out efficiently with explanations at every stage. The engineer was helpful and a very tidy worker. The new controls and changes were explained in detail. The house was left tidy and clean. The work was carried out as per schedule and came in on budget with an effectively working system.

We use Premier Heating for regular gas servicing, they are always prompt and efficient. Now we used them them to fit a replacement boiler and upgrade. The lead time to do the job was short, and all work was completed without any issues, as specified on the quote and within the projected time frame. COVID limitations were applied at all times. We would recommend this company to others without hesitation, we have never had any issues with their service.

I cannot praise Premier Heating enough for their work replacing our boiler and other small parts of our C.H. system. From quotation to completion, everything was done with meticulous care and attention to detail, and with the aim of keeping us, the customers involved and on board. The work began on the date and exactly at the time agreed and was carried out well within the schedule. The trader was cheerful, tidy, skilful and took care to explain each stage of the work to us. We cannot praise him enough. Having committed to the work with more than a little trepidation, I can say that our fears of uncertainty and disruption totally were ill-founded.

New gas install requiring everything from gas pipes to new gas boiler, supply and fitting of same, new flue, new hot water cylinder, new header tank, new valves to skirting heating (installed in ‘70s), new heating and hot water programmer, removal of old oil boiler and flue, capping off oil supply from tank and making good. Every aspect of this work was done with thought, care and to an exceptionally high standard, from the quotation through to the install itself. Sound advice and recommendations, given that the majority of the central heating was originally installed in the 1970’s. The heating engineers arrived on time and worked diligently throughout. We were never left without hot water and we were only without heating for two days. Fantastic! Lovely people to have around, especially in these difficult times. Felt safe and confident in their work. When the work was complete, Mick ran through how things worked and what was what with the new system. We were given a really nicely presented file with the installation manuals, user instructions and other pieces of information, together with a little magnetic Premier Heating gas cabinet key/radiator bleed key (nice touch). Let’s not forget the backup team in the office who are helpful and lovely to deal with also. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating.

Premier Heating fitted and re-sited a large new boiler and replaced several system components including all TRVs. The quotation process was very helpful and thorough. Work started on the day/time promised, finishing a day early. The engineer worked very diligently, produced a very tidy installation and, at completion, everything worked well. He was courteous, helpful and very Covid-aware. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

Premier Heating Surrey fitted a new boiler and hot water cylinder - their engineer came when they said they would and was installation was slightly quicker than anticipated and works very well. We had a couple of minor snags which were professionally dealt with and it was a good job done.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about the enquiry handling, estimate or fitting. Work was started on the intended date and finished on the date promised at inception. Tidy, accurate and working.

Premier Heating were excellent from start to finish. We had all bar one of our radiators and valves replaced and a new circulating pump. The estimator was very helpful in helping us decide what we needed and did not try to sell anything extra. Both he and the fitter turned up exactly at the time agreed and were friendly and efficient. The invoice was exactly as agreed. They left no mess whatsoever. We are very happy with the radiators and I would definitely recommend this company. The cost was as expected and similar to other quotes.

During its annual servicing our boiler was found to be unsafe and as such deemed unsafe for further use, which meant no hot water! However Premier Heating treated it as a matter of urgency and within a day or two were able to fit the new Worcester boiler, guaranteed for ten years and highly recommended by Which? The engineer arrived earlier than the appointed time, presentable and very pleasant. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was able to give us hot running water after the first day, which he said was a priority as the weekend was looming. Any mess was cleared up and the installation lasted two days from beginning to end, which included an additional flushing out the radiators. Everything was explained together with maintenance after installation. The price was as quoted and I liked the fact that they contribute £100 to a water charity for every boiler they fit. They turned, what could have, a stressful situation into a pleasant one! The flowers sent to us by Premier Heating afterwards came as a very pleasant surprise. It is rare to receive five star customer care these days but Premier Heating rose to the challenge! Thank you.

Every attention was given to ensure we received the best service. A new boiler was installed necessitating revision of existing pipework. This has been installed with every care and attention to detail, ensuring minimal disturbance to existing plasterwork and fittings, including matching of bricks. The information provided prior to and following the installation ensured we were fully informed about anticipated costs and follow-up care. The whole system now works far more effectively than when it was first installed over fifteen years ago. Highly recommended.

Used Premier Heating before (18 years ago) for a complete re-plumb on previous property which was excellent. Much smaller job this time around (but still complicated) redirecting pipe work/rads from a defunct Rayburn to join the oil fired central heating boiler. All work completed on time and with great care - no mess anywhere due to thoughtful preparation before hand.
