Premium replaced three toilets. The were prompt and reasonable in their quotes and turned up on time. Quality of work is excellent.

Boiler replaced and a new Hive system was installed. We needed the gas pipe to be replaced by larger pipes to get the correct pressure at the boiler due to a very long pipe run. Also had the system power flushed. Friendly and knowledgeable fitters did a good clean job. Good professional job.

Service Engineer was punctual, polite and courteous and carried out a swift service. Would recommend him again. Customer service - outstanding.

After making contact, the response was timely and effective. the work was completed within 7 days. What is important to me when searching for new tradespeople is the feeling of personal assurance. I decided to have my bathroom completely refurbished and Premium was recommended to me. Getting such work done can be nerve-wracking as it is a big job and with the money it costs, you want to know the end result is going to be perfect. Barrie, the owner came out first of all and we talked through what I wanted with honest and constructive comments given. A quote was received afterwards and I was happy with this. I purchased all of my bathroom items from EH Smith - the Coventry branch - who had done a design for me (many thanks to Jess and Deborah at EH Smith Coventry for all their work) before I contacted Premium. I did have to wait some time for the next available slot for the work to be done. This might sound like a negative but for me it was a sign Premium was in demand for bathroom refurbs for a reason. From my own experience, the wait was worth it. Andy at Premium was the main person working on my bathroom with daily help from other staff. Andy really knows his stuff, works to a high standard and I really appreciated his attention to detail. Premium arranges and coordinates the various other trades that need to come in - plasterers, electricians, panel fitters, etc. This was seamless with everyone turning up when they should and also doing a professional job. The work was completed as per the schedule and to budget. I would use Premium again.

The engineer advised the day before what time they would arrive. The work was completed to specification and the work space was left clean and tidy.

I’ve used Premium Heating for the past 3 years for Gas Safety Checks on my rented property. They also fitted a new boiler and removed the old back boiler and water tank from the property. They are reliable, professional, reasonably priced and the engineers are always polite and on time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From initial contact through to completion, very efficient and courteous. New central heating boiler and associated works was undertaken to the agreed schedule and budget.

I've struggled to find reliable traders over many years, but post-lockdown it's even worse. I understand that sole traders may have lots on their plate, but is it really SO hard to say 'I'm too busy, sorry'. Instead, they promise to do things and then don't. FOUR plumbers have let me down in the last few weeks. Only ONE had the sense to say 'I'm too busy'. They even turn up to inspect and then fail to quote, which is just a waste of their time AND mine. IN TOTAL CONTRAST: Premium Heating and Plumbing answered the phone immediately. Apologised that it would be a week before they could come out due to vacations, booked an actual appointment with a time slot (8am-10am) for a boiler service, turned up on time, were polite and efficient, and whilst I'm not a gas engineer, appear to have done a thorough job, filled in the warranty card and emailed a full breakdown of the work they had done in detail - like you would get for a car service. Then offered to send a reminder appt. for the next boiler check in 12 months' time. Thoroughly professional, by far the best I have come across. They will be my first call from now on.

Barry serviced our boiler. Established a good rapport. Judged him to be trustworthy, competent, reliable, helpful and completed the service appropriately. We considered the service was good value for money and promptly rang in to book a service for a family member. We have heard so much about engineers being unreliable and spinning yarns about needing new boilers when the work wasn't necessary, we were very pleased with Barry and the company that employs him. Good receptionist service too and easy booking system. Can recommend without reservation.

I contacted a total of 7 companies in my local area. Of those, Premium were quickest to provide visit/quote and their quote was also cheapest. My entire heating system needed replacing, all pipework, radiators and boiler and obviously I was expecting very significant upheaval for the 5 days installation period. The engineers, Joe & Colin are really nice guys and really expert tradesmen. On their arrival on Monday 21/6/2021 we walked through the job and explained what we wanted and through the week they kept us informed of progress and gave us options / advice when minor changes had to be made to the original plan. At the end of each working day they cleared up and vacuumed to ensure minimal disruption for us. At the end of the job the minor remedial works such as plastering around flue and re-bricking the old flue were carried out with the same professionalism as the system installation. We are very pleased with the new system and shower and would recommend Premium to anyone. Thanks again to Joe & Colin for delivering such a great job. Gerry

This is the third time we have used Premium Heating and Plumbing. This time we had a gas fire removed and disposed of. We had a visit and a quote before arranging the work. The heating engineer arrived on time taking Covid measures. Without fuss, he provided a good service in removing the fire, cleaned up, and fitted a temporary good quality cover. We were very pleased with the work which was done for a reasonable price.

Friendly service efficient work. Arrived on site within time slot. Work carried out without complications. Price a bit expensive.

Andy arrived on the agreed date to replace the shower pump with a negative head pump and upgraded the pipework in compliance with the manufacturer's specification. First time we have tried Which? Trusted Trader, and felt well pleased. We needed some plumbing work done and had put it off due to Covid. However three weeks on from our first jab we felt safer to have a stranger in our house. On 'phoning, spoke to a knowlegable and friendly person, who emailed a quote for two of the three jobs, saying they would need to see the problem before giving the third quote. Agreed to their doing the jobs a few days ahead. Job three suddenly became urgent. Premium needed only about 15 minutes to arrange to do the urgent job more quickly, without quoting. Plumber arrived on time wearing mask and sorted out the urgent problem. Friendly and professional. A few days later a second plumber arrived on time wearing a mask. Did both jobs properly. Again friendly and professional. Then we awaited invoice asking ourselves if we would receive a major bill for the unquoted emergency job. What a relief when the invoice arrived and we were charged a very fair price for the emergency part of the work. We will definately use Premium in the future, and as a result of using Which? Trusted Trader will use the site again for other types of work as well.

They charge me £60 call out Fee, gave me no feedback, when I contacted my Tenant was told they said one problem had been fixed, but Tenant said it had not solved the problem. When I contacted them, they refused to do the work that I had asked them to investigated.

We had full bathroom refurb and new boiler installation with relocation from existing bathroom to loft. Existing bathroom was stripped back to the brick, with a thorough and quality job with the fix and installation of the new bathroom. Great hardworking team who kept us informed and consulted with us throughout. Great service provided all round. Tiler/Plasterer/Carpenter used all top quality work too. We are really pleased with the outcome and quality finish. New suite was sourced via Archways bathrooms, which was all handled directly with Premium. Highly recommended!

Original date for work was changed by company but informed beforehand and new date agreed. All work then done as agreed. Engineer was polite and very happy with the service. My boiler is seven plus years old and, other than service costs, this is the first time I have spent any money on it.

The two engineers Pete and Joe completed the boiler change in one day working hard and professionally. This involved removing old pump from airing cupboard and old header tank from roof space. They wore face masks at all times and protected our carpets.
