After 15 years our Worcester Bosch Ri24 boiler broke down. Desperate for a hot shower and knowing that winter was coming, we called up or messaged a number of plumbers in the Guildford area and Daniel from Prime Boilers Ltd was the only one who responded properly and swiftly. He came round the next day to check the boiler (free of charge). We had the option of either replacing the parts or going with a new boiler with a ten year warranty. I asked him a number of questions relating to either installing a new combi boiler or replacing the parts on the old boiler (about fifty percent of the price of replacing the new boiler). After about a day or two of deliberation, my wife and I decided to replace the boiler. For a good price, Ryan from Prime Boilers Ltd came over to replace the Worcester Bosch Ri24 with a newer model, flushed the system, used an inhibitor and cleaning liquid to clean out the system, tested the heating and radiators and installed a filter to protect the boiler system from debris and dirt. Ryan cleaned up and made sure to leave nothing behind. The entire job took several couple of hours but was completed on the day. Several weeks later I received a 10 year warranty from Worcester Bosch. Overall, a very friendly, professional and honest service from Ryan and Daniel. They explained things in a very coherent way, answered any questions I had and even showed me things about the heating system in the house that I didn't know.
