We have been using Darren for many years. He services our boiler every year and also has fitted a new one for us. He has also helped very quickly with any other urgent issues that have come up over the years. He is very professional, always arrives on time and is very thorough with his work. We trust him completely.

The inlet pipe to the shower pump fractured during use causing the house to be flooded. I was able to shut off the supply and called Darren. He came quickly and was able to effect a temporary repair and came back two days later and fitted a replacement for the old pump. Darren turned up as agreed and carried out the work in a methodical professional manner. The final bill was as provided in his written quotation for the work.

Darren arrived promptly to service our boiler and also to rectify a fault as we had no hot water. Work completed same day and very reasonable charges. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Barry arrived on time to service my Worcester Bosch central heating boiler. His fee was stated in advance. He also spotted the source of a water leak which had been concerning me and had not been cured by a previous plumber. He returned later in the day to repair an air vent I have every confidence in Barry’s workmanship. In future I will be ask him to do further plumbing jobs

Darren does our boiler servicing and additional related work that may arise during the year. I called Darren this morning to see if he could fix my outside leaking tap. He provided a quote and came this afternoon to repair the leak. I found him to be very professional and knowledgable. He fixed the leak in the loft that I'd originally contacted him about, also a problem with the downstairs toilet and gave me some very honest advice about another plumbing problem. He explained everything throughout, was very affable and charged a fair price. I would definitely use him again and would not hesitate in recommending him.

I called Darren for assistance with replacing a thermostatic mixing valve for our bath hot water. He arrived within agreed time frames, and although I didn't get a firm job price up front due to some complexities of the work needed, his ballpark estimate was spot on. I was able to purchase the replacement part myself. The finished job looks really professionally completed as you would expect. I contacted Darren of Priority Plumbing back in May regarding an erratic shower pump. He responded immediately and arranged a time to visit. He arrived on time and he was very personable and knowledgeable and made every effort to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the solution was to change the pump but Darren went to great lengths to try and limit the financial damage but in the end we agreed and he changed the pump and we now have a super efficient shower and a much quieter pump. Darren worked very efficiently, cleanly and he was very reliable.

Darren came to conduct emergency out of hours work on a leaking system. He gave a comprehensive quote immediately and was here within an hour, work completed in a professional and responsible manner. He is most pleasant to work with and gives a good explanation and overview of the work he does. When needed, we shall certainly use his services again. Thoroughly reliable and dependable throughout.

Darren did a great job of servicing our gas boiler and installing a new kitchen tap. Very pleased with efficient, tidy workmanship, I would definitely use his services again.

We recently converted a bedroom into a bathroom on the first floor and wanted to replace an old boiler situated in the kitchen with a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler and situate it in the new bathroom. Darren made a site visit and quoted for the job including all necessary instillation, pipe work and drainage changes. Once on site he is very focused despite the building work going on alongside. He worked efficiently and thoroughly. Once the initial install was complete the bill I received was as we had agreed with no other costs. Once the building works and electric work was finished he returned to check the boiler, make sure the heating system was working smoothly and issue certificates. At the end of the job he made sure everything was left neat and tidy. Darren at Priority Plumbers has been looking after the plumbing in our late Victorian house for years. He communicates well, is always courteous and professional. He knows what he is doing and does a very good job. I highly recommend him

Darren managed to problem solve a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling very quickly, and repaired it with very little disruption to me. I had been let down by an emergency plumber who came to see the leak and left without doing anything (saying they needed to send in a quote), and a plumber from my insurance, who said I wasn't covered (even though they knew they were coming for a leak), so I was feeling very despondent with plumbers. Darren came in, looked at where the leak was coming in, went upstairs and got to work straight away. He was open and honest on the phone beforehand, about the potential damage to the bathroom or kitchen ceiling - depending on where the leak was, so I was prepared for everything. I'm very thankful that it was easy to locate and repair. Don't call anyone else for a leak or other plumbing issues - call Priority Plumbers.

Darren is responsive, reliable, straightforward, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I’ve had him in to sort a few boiler and heating related bits and also he recently helped us by sorting out the whole set up of a boiler installed by someone else that was just creating problem after problem No one’s favourite job - fixing someone else’s work - but he gave his quote, stuck to it and did the work and we’ve not had a problem since! Exactly what I needed.

Our British Gas Homecare agreement cost £400pa but we were told 3 times to call back at the end of Feb as we were not an emergency having sent for 2 convector heaters online and able to use the immersion heater for hot water. The central heating gave out a few days later so we called Darren who came out the next day, changed the pump and got the central heating/hot water working again but said he thought it was temporary measure and we needed a power-flush. He came back a few days later at, 8.30am flushed the system, the boiler and balanced the radiators leaving at 8.00pm with the system and hot water piping hot. We could not switch off/turn it down at night so he came back the next day and opened the valves that had got stuck. The estimates provided were what we paid.

I called Darren of Priority Plumbers who came out promptly to assess why the downstairs radiators were not heating sufficiently. He clearly explained how a Powerflush could help to resolve this and provided a detailed quotation. He arrived at the agreed date and time and carried out a very professional job - following the Powerflush the radiators have never been so hot! In addition water was coming out of an overflow pipe and again Darren was able to sort this out in a timely manner. Darren is impeccable in wearing a mask and maintaining social distance. He takes pride in his work and I thoroughly recommend him.

Managed to fit me in quickly and did a very professional job to fix a leak in my underfloor heating system. Practical approach. Explained what was going on. Very Covid compliant with mask and gloves and distancing. Good communications and was able to juggle the timings when I had to move the first slot we agreed. I will use Darren again for other work.

Darren of Priority Plumbers came out and increased the pressure on my boiler. Don't Laugh! I had the Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler installed by Priority Plumbers in 2016 and although it is regularly serviced, I have never had to top up the pressure. Darren was very professional and addressed the problem efficiently, including showing me how to increase the pressure, should this problem occur again. As always, Darren was courteous, very knowledgeable - offering advice on cause of low pressure and respectable of his surroundings. I have no hesitation in recommending Priority Plumbers. I feel we all need to have the name of a good reliable and trustworthy plumber!

We were impressed by Darren's prompt response from answering the phone,to arriving within half an hour quoting a price upfront.He managed to diagnose and repair a leaking cold water pipe which was causing damage to a ceiling,which if left for much longer could have wrecked havoc.The repair was in an awkward position but Darren persisted until the new pipe was satisfactorily in place,communicating with us his plan of action and was frank and fair about the likely cost.

Several downstairs radiators did not get hot despite bleeding them and showed signs of being partly filled with sludge. I called Darren and he confirmed the system needed flushing and provided a detailed quote. He arrived early in the morning and put down protective sheets on the stairs and other work areas before commencing work. I requested a new pump be fitted with new thermostatic radiator valves. Darren worked methodically and showed me all the black sludge extracted from the header tank and the Magnaclean machine. All the work was done to a high standard and Darren stayed late to balance the radiators. Despite the extra time taken the cost was as in the original quote. Highly recommended.

Darren replaced the leaking water valve in our toilet. This might sound very simple, but our toilet is built in and therefore fraught with challenges. Explaining the situation, Darren gave me a price and a time frame he could attend our property. Darren arrived within the time frame he had given us and, although the repair was complex and very time consuming, Darren stuck to his initial quote. We thoroughly recommend this listing.
