I recently had a new garage door installed and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. The workmen were incredibly polite and professional, arriving right on time as scheduled. Their workmanship was fantastic and they paid great attention to detail throughout the installation process. What stood out the most was how clearly they explained everything I needed to know about the new garage door. They made sure I understood all the features and maintenance tips, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable and in line with the market rate, making the whole experience even better. I will definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new garage door.

We have recently had 2xRollmatic 2 doors fitted by Pro Door. Having conducted research & visits to the showroom for product knowledge I was reassured that , being a fussy customer I had chosen Pro Door for good reason. We are exceptionally pleased from start to finish with the communication, installation, final commissioning & signing off of 2 perfectly fitted Hormann roller shutter door’s enhancing our property. Any issue throughout the process has been dealt with in a truly professional manner. We just had a new Hormann Rollmatic 2 garage door and side door fitted to our detached garage. Absolutely delighted with the result. Pro-Door were first class throughout the whole process from going to the showroom and discussing options and getting a quote from Liz, through to installation. The work carried out by Dan and his team was exceptional. I'm a retired engineer and was really impressed the care and attention taken by Dan to ensure everything was square and centered - the doors look absolutely fantastic. He also made sure I was a completely happy with the work as it progressed and the crew were a pleasure to deal with, making sure everything was tidied-up at the end. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro-door and am very happy we selected them for this work. I can affirm I have no commercial or any other interest in this company.

Pro door were a pleasure to deal with. The office were clear and communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. The installers were efficient and tidy and took all the rubbish away with them I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had a garage door replaced. New door and surround required. Survey was thorough and very soon after my initial call. Quote was competitive - slightly more than a couple of others obtained (but these others were before a survey). Was advised 4-6 weeks until door would be ready. Was contacted in week 6 and door fitted the following week. Excellent job done. Very friendly and helpful staff at all stages. I am more than happy to recommend them.

It is refreshing to come across such a customer focused business. The goods and service they supply are of an excellent quality and nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff from office to technicians were always very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them.

The roller garage door was fitted in December 2020 and everything went smoothly and I was happy with the installation. The problem was a year later when during an attempted break-in the new garage door was pushed away from the wall, exposing the short screws that had easily come out of the wall. On reporting this, a fitter was sent out to make the doors secure and use fittings that were more appropriate for the job but I was charged £145. If secure fittings had been initially used it's unlikely this would have happened. I was assured the appropriate fittings had initially been used, which I find very alarming. Security plays a big part when choosing garage doors, so for the fittings to let the product down so badly is extremely concerning.

Have just moved into a new estate and the builders had installed Hormann garage doors and I wanted to automate one. Looked online for the nearest stockist (called partners) and Pro-Door was second. Tried the nearest one first but they closed at two pm. So rang Pro-Door, very glad I did, one of their engineers was round to measure up within a matter of days an acceptable quote followed and a couple of days later the chap called to fit the motor which was done quickly and efficiently, Very helpful and quick service all the way and I am happy to recommend. It is true they did not actually fit the door however they were listed by Hormann and it was apparent that they knew what they were doing

Extremely pleased with the service provided. I needed full service for my business roller shutters and the receptionist was very accommodating and went out of her ways to make the service happen at a very short notice of time. The person who serviced was on time and did a great job, certificate was issued on the same day. Highly recommend.

Our initial visit to the Pro-Door showroom was really useful as we were able to see the products for ourselves, ask questions and get feedback and advice from the experts. Liz spent quite a bit of time with us answering our queries and we came away with a much better idea of what we wanted. Our second visit allowed us to check our ideas and thoughts and again Liz was very helpful with suggestions and input. Following this second meeting Liz arranged for an engineer (Phil) to visit the house and measure up and it allowed us to check out our understanding of the job in hand, on-site. Within a few weeks, Phil and another engineer came to fit two single, electrically operated garage doors. They arrived at the agreed time (8 am), worked hard all day Thursday and Friday and left both garages clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the doors and we have already notice a huge improvement with the sound and draught-proofing of the integral garages.

On 17.09.2021, Pro-Door of Gloucester replaced our retractable garage door with an electrically operated one. We had previously evaluated a number of alternative suppliers and decided on Pro-Door because they had a local showroom and we were able to visit and evaluate alternative products. We were also able to evaluate the experience and competence of staff and the company's ability to complete the contract in a satisfactory manner at a sensible price. The whole process from initial site visit, through quotation to installation, went smoothly and efficiently - we are more than happy with the end product and its operation. A further point to note is that the company communicated well at all times in a timely and efficient manner. Well done Pro-Door!

Pro-Door provided and installed two new roller doors for my garage. The pre-sale service was friendly and helpful, and the removal of the old doors and installation of the new came ahead of expected schedule and was completed with impeccable and refreshing efficiency. Pro-Door, as a company, are easy to work with, communicate well, and are very tolerant. Their team of tradesmen, in my case Phil and Daniel, arrived early, got to work without delay, and finished ahead of schedule leaving my garage and drive very clean and tidy - I admire their work ethic. I am extremely pleased with the product which, being just 2-days old, has not needed aftercare so I cannot comment on that. Value for money? I shopped around before deciding and the cost was about average - where Pro-Door win hands down is in the quality of service they offer.

Pro-Door was recommended to us by a local builder. We contacted them and they sent us a catalogue via e-mail. When we had selected a door, one of their team came to us to take detailed measurements. Having paid a deposit, the door took five weeks to be made. They arranged a date that was convenient for us for the installation. The two man team turned up in the morning and the door was fitted in three hours. They were professional and friendly and the job was done to a very high standard. Overall, we were very impressed with the service that Pro-Door have provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The Pro-Door Team installed a new sectional double garage door and mechanism a year ago. Recently I noticed a few specs of rust appearing on the external skin of the door, which was very much a surprise as it is a Hormann door. I contacted the Pro-Door Team and received excellent service in terms of a warranty repair. Good, timely communication, swift action, and the usual professional installation work of new door panels ensued, within a very reasonable timeframe from my initial contact. So not only are Pro-Door a very customer-focussed and professional team, they are now the Aftercare Kings!

My first time getting a garage door replaced so I was unsure what to expect. I shouldn't have been concerned - my experience with Pro-Door has been excellent from start to finish. The Sales team were knowledgeable and not 'pushy', and provided prompt and clear communication. The installers were professional, hard working and produced an excellent build. Urgently needed Rollexa Roller door serviced/repaired after it started making horrible noises, and bits of casing fell off. Contacted Rolex UK (the now Parent Company), who said they would send someone in 2 to 3 weeks! Found Pro-Door on-line, and wow, what an amazing experience. When I called, was put through to Nathan who took details, and said he would have someone call the following day. Sure enough, two fitters arrived next day, and found a service would not resolve the issue, it needed repair. They called the office from the van to order the part needed, and were apologetic that they couldn't resolve it then. Nathan rang up later, stated the part was ordered, and they would re-attend in 2 or 3 days time. The following day, Nathan rang again and asked if the fitters could come, as they had the part. They did so, and within 40 minutes the door was working again as new. I was in awe, as this Company had restored my peace of mind within 2 days of my initial call, and at half the price quoted by the Parent Company. I am so impressed by, and grateful to, Pro-Door and I can't speak highly enough of the Courteous and so efficient service I have received from them. It has been a pleasure to deal with Pro-Door and I would not hesitate to absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help.
