I have used Pro-Heat for a number of years, to service an old - but very much working! - gas boiler. They agree a timed appointment, stick to it, and carry out a proper service. They are not the cheapest, but their professionalism and ability to do the job cleanly and with a minimum of disruption is more than worth it. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Proheat for heating requirements since they sucessfully converted our heating system to oil from solid fuel, great job. This time the watchman had broken on the oil tank and needed replacing. The job was done quickly and efficiently, by a friendly engineer. We always have them service the boiler. They are a professional and honest company.

An old quirky house, so not a run of the mill job. David, owner, very 'can do' and nice to deal with. Paul did most of the work and was exceptionally quick in installing a sometimes complicated job, in half the time of other quotes. A few 'teething' problems were swiftly sorted out by Paul. David's quote was also much less expensive than other firms. So, if this is the kind of service others require, we can recommend

Having used Pro Heat for services to my boiler previously, I was happy to rebook for this year. I cannot imagine using anyone else. From the reminder email to job completion, excellent service is always guaranteed. Flexible with booking dates and times, I have never been let down. The office are great communicators and the Engineers very efficient and courteous. This time I was pleasantly surprised to see no increase in the cost of the service, thank you Pro Heat once again.

New Boiler 1st Service

After initial difficulties, on the third attempt I managed to get an engineer to come and carry out the first annual service on a newly installed boiler. On his arrival, the engineer was polite and efficient and carried out the boiler service in an efficient and professional manner, as is customary of Pro-Heat engineers. The necessary tests and documentation were completed and the engineer then gave a brief explanation of the work and tests that had been undertaken I was then happy to sign off the work as being complete and to my satisfaction and with my thanks to the engineer for his diligence and to all the staff at Pro-Heat.
