Pro-heat were quick to respond to my initial enquiry for boiler replacement and gas fire servicing. Their website gives good first impressions and represents the company values accurately in my view. The estimator was knowledgeable and patient with my enquiries and booking and payment with friendly staff. The works themselves were conducted promptly, with no fuss, and again the installer (Ryan) was very professional: neat, taking care to ensure we understood the installation well, and keeping us updated, being flexible with us as we worked around him. The extended team supported Ryan well to provide extra help as needed. I would highly recommend Pro-heat if you are looking for a professional service well worth the bill, which in itself was not unreasonable. Very happy with their work.

This the second service my boiler has had through Pro-Heat. From booking to completion the service is excellent. A window of appointment is offered at appointment and the reminders are sent out prior to appointment. The engineer arrived within the window. The engineer was efficient and friendly and answered my questions regarding radiator flushing and the benefits of servicing. Thoroughly recommend Pro -Heat

Gas safety check and boiler service

The engineer arrived slightly earlier than expected but had called to see if it would be ok to come over. He got on with the job in hand without waiting for a chat or a drink. He explained that a pipe had been fitted incorrectly at the installation phase but would still function and that he was only pointing it out so I was aware of it. He continued with the full inspection and service. He discovered that a sensor was not communicating with main control unit and he could not correct it, but he would report it to his office to arrange for a replacement to be ordered, and they would be in touch. He also explained that the system was safe and would continue to work. He was polite and left the area clean and tidy. This was the first time I had used this company and I only selected them because of a good report from a family member.

Boiler service and tracing gas leak

The engineer arrived when expected and was courteous and helpful, clearly answering all my questions. He serviced the boiler but discovered a gas leak which he was able to trace and rectify. I have used this company for all my plumbing requirements for several years. I have always found them to be reliable and thorough. I have recently moved and was afraid I might now be too far outside the area for this company. I was delighted when they were able to come out to my new location. I would highly recommend Pro-Heat for any plumbing and heating services.

Installation of New Boiler: Pro-heat were Considerate, efficient and highly professional

The plumber, David Mann, arrived on time and immediately put down carpet and floor protection. He then fully explained what he was going to do and what the timescales would be and when the water might need to be turned off. I was kept fully informed of progress and of any unexpected problems. I was very impressed by his politeness, his efficient way of working and how well he was able to explain things. When he had installed the new boiler and got it working, he made good all the areas where he had to take out pipes etc. He then took time to go through the controls of the new thermostat and explained how to adjust the temperature settings on the new boiler itself. Just before he finally left he made sure that the paperwork was complete for me to get my 10 year guarantee. It was only a few days later that I got my 10 year guarantee certificate from Worcester Bosch and my Gas Safe certificate for the work that had been done. I really want to say a big thank you to David Mann and the Pro-heat team for a job really well done.

I am more than happy to recommend Pro Heat. They did everything they said they would and at the time they said they would - which is important if you are out at work and have to arrange to be available. Everybody I dealt with was very efficient especially the man who actually did the work and he cleared up after himself which was appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Heat to anyone, I know that they will get a very good job for a fair price.

Combi boiler replacement. Ryan arrived early on the agreed date and worked hard to complete the installation in a day despite a few unexpected snags and atrocious weather. Explained the new boiler workings, set up the controller and left my property clean and tidy. A problem occurred a few days after installation and was rectified within a few hours of me reporting it. Cannot fault customer service. Recommended.
