From start to finish this company was exceptional. A historical awful experience with another gas company meant we were really nervous about having the 22yr old gas boiler and electric immersion heater replaced in our new house. Yet from the initial meeting with the owner to the work being completed, we couldn’t be more impressed. The engineers arrived on time and worked relentlessly both days to get everything completed to an exceptional standard. The guys were courteous, polite, hard working and amazingly thorough. They left our house so spotless you wouldn’t believe we’d had a major job done. There really isn’t a single thing we could fault. We cannot thank David and his team at pro-heat enough for making this job so painless, and we look forward to using you again in the future. Highly recommended!

The scope of the work was: to replace my old and failing gas boiler with a new smart Worcester Bosch boiler; all the heating controls and lastly, service my HW cylinder. The quotation process was quick and efficient and we discussed several options. Did I get value for money - absolutely. Of course, if you look hard, you might find cheaper options online but having the whole job done, with one (local) company, is so much better. In terms of meeting our agreed schedule and budget, the answer is yes. There were a couple delays, caused by the non-availability of hardware, but the company kept me informed throughout. I am entirely satisfied that Pro Heat did everything they could do, to remain on target. The installation team were clean, efficient and courteous. Support from the main office was effective and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pro Heat of Newark to anyone. Indeed, I already have.

Very pleased with service from the initial quote process to boiler installation and follow-up paperwork. Good advice on options during the quote process, a sensible price that compared well with others. The installation work was very professional with the engineer happy to answer any questions. He took care to ensure the work area was protected and gave a thorough explanation of controls and the system when completed. Would be happy to use Pro-Heat again and would recommend them to anyone considering a boiler installation.

First-time user. Made an appointment three weeks delay as a backlog of work. No Problem. On the appointed day no engineer. The office said we should have been notified. New appointment made only to be cancelled later. The third appointment was kept but the following day found thermostat on the boiler had been left on maximum and radiators and hot water were very hot. For disabled occupant could have been dangerous. Small water leak coming from inside the boiler during operation. The engineer attended and rectified. Could have been a better experience.

I have used Pro-heat 3 times this year from fitting a new oil boiler to supplementary works later including a new outside oil tank and thermostatic values inside. Each time the quoting process was efficient and the works undertaken were all carried out professionally politely and with care and attention to detail. Thoroughly impressed with the whole service and would wholeheartedly recommend the company, from the initial site visit to the completion of the work everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Its a real pleasure to encounter a company that actually care about the quality of their work. Well done guys! Very happy customer.

We had our 17 year old Baxi 105e boiler replaced with a Worcester Bosch 4000 30KW. We had David come on-site to work out the costs and discuss the options available. Very agreeable and pleasant and not pushy at all. Straight away makes you feel good about the company. Once the price was agreed we had the work scheduled in for a 2 day visit as we had other work done at the same time, removing old lead pipe work and fitting a new radiator. Ryan fitted the boiler, mostly completed on the first day with the radiator on day two. This was along with the chemical flush. All went well. The pipework is very neat and tidy. An excellent job all round. The only issue we had, which is not Pro-Heats fault, was that the mains gas pressure was a little low. We had Cadent out to fix that problem which did mean moving the meter outside the garage. Once that work was done, Ryan came back and commissioned the boiler. All in all, the work was excellent and Ryan went above and beyond to get the boiler finished once Cadent did their bit. Will highly recommend Pro-Heat to anyone interested in a new boiler.

Rang for a boiler service and removal of a gas fire. Got a very reasonable quote immediately and an appointment within a week. The work was done on time and quickly and cleanly. Very pleasant guy who was willing with advice on future plans for a replacement fire, even pointing out local suppliers. A very pleasant experience from first call to the emailed bill and payment receipt. Will be happy to use again.

The service engineer was on time. Very polite and helpful. Explained a fault with my gas supply. I asked how I should resolve the fault and the gentleman in the office gave me advice. The service had only increased by £5 since last year

I just thought that I’d write and tell you that I am very happy with the work that the team leader and his team have done for me. As this house was built in the early 1800’s and has never had a central heating I’m sure that it presented a few problems, however, the team got on and made a superb job of fitting a complete system from oil storage tank to fitting of flat panel radiators and outdoor boiler. The guys were particularly kind, sympathetic and accepting of my health problems. I couldn’t have wished for a nicer, more cheerful bunch of guys. I would have no hesitation in recommending “Pro-Heat heating and plumbing” to any other prospective customers. I will copy this E-mail to “Trusted Traders" My damaged light fitting has been fixed with a spare part that I wasn’t sure that I had, so not to worry, it’s all sorted. Unprofessional and Dangerous
I'll copy below the feedback I gave to my landlord after 2 engineers from this company attended my property over 2 days. "Further to the boiler installation by Pro Heat on Wednesday and Thursday 26th and 27th May 2021 and our 'phone conversation yesterday, I want to list the various issues I raised, formally, in an email, as well as a few more that have come to light since. 1. One (or both) of the engineers used my toilet without asking first. They left faeces in the bowl unflushed at lunchtime and urine marks on the rim. This is unacceptable at any time let alone during a pandemic. 2. Neither engineer wore facemasks. 3. They didn't dust sheet any of the kitchen before drilling holes in the ceiling and wall so every surface is covered in dust at the minimum, some with small gravelly bits from the drilled bricks. 4. The pipe installation above the new boiler is a mess and an eyesore for a residential property. It will need to be boxed in. 5. The pipes they installed under the sink area haven't been clipped and have been left supporting themselves. I have every suspicion that a cheap quote was put in by Pro Heat and thus a cheap job was completed, however this will undoubtedly lead to follow up work being required at a further cost to the owner.". I'd leave 0 stars if that was possible.

Dear Customer Can I firstly say that I wish you had contacted me before leaving this feedback, as all the issues you have raised could very easily have been explained and resolved. I will address the points in turn. 1.Our engineers never use customer toilets. The material in the toilet was in fact sludge from the header tanks that were removed. The engineer judged this to be a better option than a potential spillage taking this through the property. I apologise that the toilet was not cleaned thoroughly but I can assure you it was not faeces. 2.All Pro-Heat employees adhere to current Covid-19 guidelines. (Which is attested in the previous feedback). 3.During installations our engineers always use dust sheets, plastic floor protectors and overshoe covers as appropriate. However, it is inevitable that some dust will be created due to the nature of the work. Apologies if every area was not cleaned thoroughly. 4.The existing pipes above the boiler are clearly a necessity and having reviewed the photos taken by the engineer there's is nothing more we could do within our remit of upgrading the boiler. You are, of course, welcome to box in these pipes if you wish. 5.Not clipping the new pipes under the sink was an oversight and we sent an engineer to rectify this the day after we were made aware via this review being posted. On a general note, i can assure you we do not do "cheap jobs" and that your landlord will not be charged any extra. We are very proud of our work standards.
