Really happy with the bathrooms that Steve and the team installed for us. We had our main bathroom and also our en-suite installed. Bathroom was a conversion from bath to shower room as we all use the shower rather than baths so in effect this has given us another bathroom that was not being used that our adult kids now use. En-suite was a renovation. Everyone in the team is excellent....quality workmanship from Steve and his team throughout.....pipes re-routed to perfection for the new installations, the thickness and quality of the ply very evident with no creaking floorboards now. At the planning stage, Adele's knowledge and expertise is so valuable in knowing what will work across many different quality luxury brands....a fountain of knowledge.....also Adele was very patient in arriving at the final choice for our bathrooms....made the experience of having a new bathroom enjoyable and seamless from quote stage to installation. Steve has a great team that work well together....we had our installation dates a few months in advance and these did not change. Thanks to everyone for your hard work, attention to detail and ultimately lovely bathrooms. Would absolutely recommend.

We have been very happy with the refurbishment of our ensuite, which involved a full rip-out of the old shower, toilet and sink, and converting to a wet room with bifold shower doors. Everything was done to a high standard, from the time spent in the showroom getting advice on products from Adele, through to the workmanship of Steve and his team. The house was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day, and the work completed within the expected timeline. We had a couple of snags with products, which Steve very quickly remedied with no fuss. They gave us a good price on the tiles we chose, and we were free to choose anything we liked in terms of toilet and sink, as long as they can source them for us. We are very happy to recommend them.

I would not hesitate to recommend Pryor Bathrooms to anyone. We had a complete refurbishment which included taking all plaster back to brick, removing the old suite & flooring. Steve, the owner, has a fantastic team working for him. Adel helped us to choose the suite, colours & flooring, she was amazing. The fitters, Ben & Josh, were so polite & professional, which is hard to come by these days. They cleaned up each night after a day's work, not leaving any mess. They did a brilliant job fitting my new bathroom. Andy, who tiled, made a great finish to the room. We had a couple of quotes that came in around the same price but it was by word of mouth that we chose Pryor Bathrooms. We paid a deposit but nothing else until Steve asked if we were happy with the end result.

Superb service from start to finish. Being able to visit the showroom and get advice from Adele was great. Pryor bathrooms have done my main bathroom, en suite and downstairs toilet. Everyone involved was professional and helpful (and tidy!). Nothing was too much trouble. No hidden extra costs and work completed in the timeframe specified. Would highly recommend.

I’d like to thank all at Pryor Bathrooms on the completion of my beautiful new bathroom. It’s been such a transformation from my tired, old, outdated bathroom to a brand new, shiny, modern one and the whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. All the way through, from the patience and expert help of Adele in the showroom in choosing all the fittings, over various appointments, to the expertise and care of Steve and all his team, it couldn’t have gone better. I was also recommended and had installed an unvented cylinder and the difference to my hot water pressure is just immense - no more waiting around for hot water or having to rely on a noisy pump to power the shower! Many thanks to the entire team, including the electrician and excellent tiler who were very professional, tidy and courteous throughout. I would very happily recommend Pryor to anyone looking for a bathroom upgrade.

Pryor turned a separate toilet and shower room into a fantastic wet room. Excellent professional service was provided, from our initial contact with Steve to our meeting with Adele in the showroom to the lads who did the refit. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard with good-quality fixtures and fittings. The lads who carried out the work were polite, friendly, and clean and kept the dust and mess to an absolute minimum. We are very satisfied with the finished job; it turned out even better than we had hoped. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team to others.

I can’t speak highly enough about Pryor Bathrooms. From the first visit to the showroom, the service was excellent. They have transformed a tired, small bathroom with a bath into the most incredible bathroom with the spacious walk in shower enclosure we’d always wanted but never thought we’d be able have. Steve, Adele, the guys who did the installation, the electricians & tiler were all professional, polite & so conscientious. Throughout the 2 week rip out & installation of the bathroom (plus the installation of an unvented cylinder), everything ran like clockwork and we were keep up to date with what the next stage was everyday. I have to sing the praises of Adele who’s product & design knowledge (plus patience when I kept changing my mind!) was invaluable in helping create the beautiful bathroom we now have. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.

We recently had our bathroom totally ripped out and renovated. I can only concur with the other 5 star reviews. From start to finish Steve and Adele were excellent. The workmanship is superb and the cleanliness following the install was also excellent I have already recommended my brother to use them for his own bathroom renovation. One thing to note is that initial response times are a bit slow BUT be patient as it is worth the wait. A great job thankyou David

I only have positive words for the standard of work and service from Pryor Bathrooms they came highly recommended by my son who used them for a bathroom installation a couple of years ago and I have no hesitation in passing that recommendation on. We had an unvented cylinder installation, which has improved the hot water pressure greatly, then a full bathroom rip out and replacement perfectly executed. From the first visit to the showroom and discussions with Adele, the home visit by Steve to assess the space and the work required through to the installation team everyone has been exemplary. The co-ordination of the multiple trades was perfect everyone turned up as arranged and were polite, hardworking, and kept us updated with the progress and expectations for each day. The work carried out was to an exceptional standard, from the design through to final completion. Adele was very patient with us during the initial planning and ensured our vision of the perfect bathroom was fulfilled. I highly recommend Pryor Bathrooms and the whole team of various trades they are a credit to the company and to themselves. They all take great pride in the work they do which was evident in my interactions with them. The work was completed on time, as stated and within budget with a reduction on the final invoice as the quoted for plastering work was not as extensive as anticipated. Pryor Bathrooms have just completed the renovation of my bathroom. All trades were coordinated smoothly and all were very friendly, polite, knowledgable and importantly for me left a tidy room each day after finishing. My bathroom was quite a complex job and much more involved than I had appreciated. I probably wasn’t the easiest of clients with my requirements and indecision on finishing etc. Steve and team were always very patient and gave appropriate guidance/advice. As a result I’m thrilled with my bathroom and will not hesitate to use Pryor Bathrooms when I renovate my en suites in the future.

We decided to shop locally with our family bathroom renovation. We are so glad we did. The service from everyone in the team has been wonderful. Polite, friendly, caring, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, reliable, punctual, seamless, obliging and great communication all along. We could go on! All completed from start to finish as planned, within the budget quoted. Our bathroom was gutted, back to brick, moved things around, extended our shower area etc. A big job. To say we are delighted is an understatement. Steve and the team, Ben, Dan, Josh, and Andy built for us a beautiful bathroom in our new extension starting from the first fix. Adele was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing the products and fittings and giving us space to make up our minds. When work started Steve and his team were very flexible and prepared to co-ordinate with others. They were always very reliable, cheerful and positive and happy to explain all stages of the work and keep us informed as they were doing it. Their work was always of the highest quality, Andy's perfect tiling deserving a special mention, and was completed to the agreed budget. The bathroom looks stunning and is just what we wanted. Had a floor-to-ceiling, back-to-brick refurb of a stand-alone upstairs W/C. From design and selecting the products, to the tear down and fitting, the service and professionalism was faultless. The coordination of the separate trades was really well managed and they themselves were friendly, polite, easy to talk to and considerate of the rest of the property. The quality of work at every stage was perfect. Would not only recommend them to anyone else, already looking to book them back for another job.

We were given the name of this company by someone who had used them and had been really satisfied with their work. Right from the moment that the job began we have been highly satisfied with every aspect. The men were polite friendly and very hard working but more than this their work was faultless. We have been kept informed at each stage and consulted when necessary about positioning etc. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this company and in particular to thank Dan, Jordan and Ben for their care and attention to detail. Also, Adele was really helpful in helping us to choose and style the project.

Pryor were recommended to us by a friend who had recently had her bathroom renovated. Ours was in dire need of modernisation and she assured me that Pryor wouldn't disappoint. She was right! From the start, Adele was a great help in advising us on different fixtures and fittings and the work itself was carried out by a team of no less than eight, all of whom were experts in their field and completed their work to a high standard. We were really impressed with their reliability and each person was here on the day/at the time they said they would be. They put in really long hours too, to get the job done on time. After having a refit of a very old bathroom and en-suite we have no hesitation in recommending Pryor Bathroom and Heating.
