Trading since 1990, Pure Choice is an independent business offering practical friendly advice on water softeners, water treatment systems & drinking water filters. We also have a specialist private water division that specialises in tank chlorination, boreholes and water purification systems. We also provide salt and can deliver to your door.
We cover household, commercial, industrial and private water supplies; whatever the water problem we are happy to advise and assist.

My previous water softener has recently died and I contacted Pure Choice to discuss replacement. The engineer who visited was very courteous and there was no pressure but just a factual discussion. Fitting was arranged within 10 days and the gentleman who fitted the new machine could not have been more helpful. All representatives of the company - by email, by phone or in person were polite and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service all round

The salesman didn’t push the sale, was respectful and took a few pictures to be passed to the plumber so that he could prepare the installation. The plumber arrived on time, installed the machine in around 5 hours and what little mess he created was cleared by him prior to departure. All in all, a job very well done.

The sales process was friendly, respectful and informative, without any pressure. They also offered to tidy-up and renew parts of the adjacent plumbing work during the installation process at no additional cost. The installation, carried out on the prearranged date, was efficient and the work very tidy. The renewed ancillary plumbing has improved functionality over the original installation. A few weeks following the installation the water softener developed a problem which was resolved within a few days by complete replacement of the unit without hesitation. A side benefit of this whole process is that I learnt how the in-house water pressure could be safely increased and now have improved water pressure and flow throughout the house despite having the softener installed. Very pleased overall.

Pure Choice installed our first water softener about 13 years ago, they have provided excellent service over the years, supplying salt, filters and testing it was working correctly. Recently they replaced it with a new unit, had no hesitation using them. Price was competitive. Installation was excellent. Installer was prompt, professional and did a very good job, leaving no mess.
