The installation date was fast, the work done was prompt, clean and efficient. Call from mnger immediately after installation showed a customer care at it's best. Highly recommend them

Really excellent service from the Pure Choice team. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable and took plenty of time to answer my questions and understand the particular needs of my house which is old and quirky to say the least. I felt like I was in great hands every step of the way and that they really cared about doing an excellent job. They were very thoughtful about tidying up any mess too and even replaced an ancient stopcock free of charge. On top of all that, having done a ton of research, I think the Hague Maximizer they offer is a really good buy.

After some date changes, we finally got a date to suit both parties. Kevin there engineer duly arrived and carried out the work without any problems. It was done at the hottest time of day without complaints and completed in good time.

Our existing water softener was beginning to fail and we chose replace it rather than repair it. The installation of the new unit required several adjustments to the plumbing and installation of a pressure reducing valve. The work was carried out exactly as planned, very tidily, and the redundant equipment was taken away. The water softener is an American device, and the associated paperwork advises registration to activate the guarantee. No card was enclosed to allow this (unlikely to be relevant anyway as it would be sent to the USA), nor was there any reference to a guarantee in the 'local' paperwork added by Pure Choice. I assume Pure Choice takes over the 10 year guarantee and I have stated this to Pure Choice.

We had a water softener and water filter supplied and fitted. The people we spoke to were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly. The fitting was carried out quickly and was a very neat and tidy job. They gave us a helpful overview of what had been done and what we would need to do to maintain the system. Overall this company was a pleasure to deal with and we are very pleased with the result!

An old water softener cracked and leaked. They assessed what was required, quoted, and installed a new one in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner. They removed and disposed of the old unit and left everything neat and tidy. The price was exactly as quoted, and they responded in a very helpful way to our request to have it done instantly.

Recently had a water softener installed by this company, having had one at our previous house, the improvement in water quality has to be experienced to be believed, no more scale in kettles, taps, showers or any product that uses water. Their salesman was professional, friendly and not at all pushy. Communication was swift and helpful, with clear pricing. All of my requirements were met, despite some challenging problems, all within the agreed price. When I was ready to commence with installation, the work was completed within 10 days of ordering…..very impressive! The work was completed within the estimated timeframe and were it not for the product being installed in exactly the correct location, I would not have known they had been, such was the cleanliness of the installation. I would 100% recommend this company and would encourage anyone in a hard water area to have a water softener fitted, you will never regret it. I would give them 11 out 10 if I could

A very professional service all round with attendance on time and the fitter was very courteous and friendly. Sales were concise and matter of fact and recommended the correct softener system for our installation. Would fully recommend to anyone considering getting a water softener fitted. The fitter even re-cut the shelf in the cupboard so that it could still be used.

We have used Pure Choice since moving to Bristol in 1998. They were recommended by our neighbours and we’ve had two water softeners from them prior to this one. We decided to upgrade as we were having major kitchen works ,which involved relocating the softener to the utility room. As it was coming to the end of its life, we replaced it. We’ve been very happy with Pure Choice over the years. They install good quality appliances and have offered regular servicing at a reasonable cost. Whenever they deliver salt (which I prefer to buy from them), they offer to do a quick check of the machine and a water softness test to check all is well. Tim installed our softener in half a day and worked quietly and tidily. He made a very neat job, leaving us more space in our under-sink cupboard than we had anticipated. The cost was exactly as quoted. We had been given a provisional appointment (two months in advance) for the installation, which was dependent upon our building works being completed on schedule. Due to a lack of communication (as much from our side as theirs) they did not attend on the expected day, but when I phoned they apologised and quickly arranged a new day for the following week, which actually worked out better as by then the electrician had fitted the socket for the softener. The new softener is working well, and it is a pleasure to have soft water in the house again. After over two months with very hard water, we realised how much we had missed it.

We have used Pure Choice for 14 years since we moved into the area and they have always been exemplary. They are polite, informative, punctual, tidy, but never pushy. They have just fitted a new water softener to replace our old one and i could not fault the service. They were quick and efficient and turned up exactly when they said they would. The work was completed for the budget quoted. I have no doubt that the ongoing contact with them will be just as good in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My previous water softener has recently died and I contacted Pure Choice to discuss replacement. The engineer who visited was very courteous and there was no pressure but just a factual discussion. Fitting was arranged within 10 days and the gentleman who fitted the new machine could not have been more helpful. All representatives of the company - by email, by phone or in person were polite and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service all round

The salesman didn’t push the sale, was respectful and took a few pictures to be passed to the plumber so that he could prepare the installation. The plumber arrived on time, installed the machine in around 5 hours and what little mess he created was cleared by him prior to departure. All in all, a job very well done.

The sales process was friendly, respectful and informative, without any pressure. They also offered to tidy-up and renew parts of the adjacent plumbing work during the installation process at no additional cost. The installation, carried out on the prearranged date, was efficient and the work very tidy. The renewed ancillary plumbing has improved functionality over the original installation. A few weeks following the installation the water softener developed a problem which was resolved within a few days by complete replacement of the unit without hesitation. A side benefit of this whole process is that I learnt how the in-house water pressure could be safely increased and now have improved water pressure and flow throughout the house despite having the softener installed. Very pleased overall.

Pure Choice installed our first water softener about 13 years ago, they have provided excellent service over the years, supplying salt, filters and testing it was working correctly. Recently they replaced it with a new unit, had no hesitation using them. Price was competitive. Installation was excellent. Installer was prompt, professional and did a very good job, leaving no mess.
