6 solar panels were installed in the garden on a metal structure as well as 1 inverter and batteries with another inverter were installed in the cellar. Work started on the fixed day and PSI did not leave the site until everything was completed and tested. PSI employed a gardener who made sure that the impact on the garden was minimal, the borders left in good order and who even fixed some of the fences. The team was efficient and very friendly. The billing exactly corresponded to the initial quote. PSI provided me with an excellent service.

Initial consultations a little brief, but sufficient. Very clean quick considerate install on the day - very impressive. There were major teething problems with the GivEnergy product, which were not the fault of the installers, for whom they were a new phenomenon. But their communication could have been courteous and their response more rapid. (In other words, if the customer says there's a problem, believe them!) After three weeks of issues, they were all fixed, since when everything has been working perfectly, and exactly as promised in the initial consultation. If issues arise you should let them know immediately and firmly. And I repeat that the issues we had were with the product, not the installers: not their fault. With that single caveat, I am happy to recommend these very nice people.

I needed to have an EV charger installed a distance away from the Electricity meter which required some work running a wire around the house including some trench work. I was very particular about the appearance of the work as I did not want to damage the aesthetics of the house. PV Solar were really professional and reassuring. They were very knowledgable and visited the property twice before doing the job, the second time with the engineer who would be installing the EV Charger. They answered my questions about the various Chargers and configurations I could go for, I wanted to ensure that whatever we did was as future proof as possible. They quickly understood the brief and came up with some excellent ideas to ensure we achieved the best outcome possible. On the day of the work they were punctual, professional and very patient with me as they went about running the necessary wires. The work was done to a very high standard and I was very pleased. I also had quotes from other installers and found that PV Solar's quote was very reasonable.

PV Solar Installers gave an efficient service from start to finish. They took a practical approach to a job that was not entirely straightforward, coming up with good suggestions. The work was completed on schedule and all staff on site were friendly and helpful. Follow up was good, pricing was clear and fair. Overall very happy.

We had a land-based solar array installed. It is 6 kw. PV Solar Installers did the necessary site surveys, applied for planning permission and did all relevant work. Their subcontractors who installed the system were delightful as well as efficient. The weather was not good but they worked throughout the rain to get the work done.
