I can not praise Ryan and John enough. My initial call was unanswered but Ryan rang back within 10 minutes and arranged to come and see what we needed. Ryan arrived, checked the damp spots and explained how it had got there and what the remedy would be. He then sent me the quote within a day which I accepted straight away. They worked quickly and efficiently trying to cut the mess to a minimum and removing everything as they finished each day. Ryan explained all the processes involved clearly and in a way I could understand. Their workmanship was excellent and quickly finished, with the carpenter (who was also excellent) finishing off the same day. I would recommend this company to anybody who asks as they are extremely professional and well worth the price quoted.

Ryan and his team did an excellent job for us. He diagnosed the problem and provided clear information on the treatment required. He also explained the issues they don't deal with and suggested an alternative. They carried out the work exactly as specified in the quote. Ryan and his team arrived on time and did an excellent job on a ground floor bedroom, which is partly underground. The main wall was tanked 30 years ago, but the tanking had now failed and had spread to an adjacent wall with an electric socket. Ryan replaced the socket as well a proofing both walls and also had all the skirting boards replaced by his joiner. The standard of the plastering work and skirting is excellent. The whole thing was completed in two and a half days and all rubbish was removed. Overall we were very impressed.

Having decided to finally a tackle a damp problem affecting the top of an internal chimney breast and adjoining walls, I contacted Ryan to request an inspection/assessment of the problem. Ryan's knowledge of the potential causes of the problem was immediately impressive and assuring, and a date was agreed for Ryan to visit my property and assess the issue. Ryan arrived on the date and time agreed and gave a detailed assessment of the cause of the problem and thorough explanation of what the remedial work would involve. Ryan subsequently sent me over a detailed quote for the work which was excellent. A start date was agreed, and Ryan and his team arrived to begin work on the date and time as expected. Throughout the work, Ryan kept me fully informed of their progress and what the next steps would involve which was really helpful. Ryan and his team worked incredibly hard and the job was completed in the planned timeframe, including the the visit of a joiner to complete the job, which Ryan organised. I'm really pleased with the finish, the standard of the work is first class and I can't thank Ryan and his team enough for helping me resolve a problem that had been affecting my property for some time. I can't recommend highly enough.

The team turned up exactly when they said they would do and works finished ahead of schedule. Ryan also flagged some additional issues with our property which we hadn't spotted.

Ryan came to have a look at the damp proofing in my house after another company had done some repairs. Although he had bad news for me, his advice was very helpful. I was away whilst he and his team were working, but I felt very informed as he'd send videos of the progress every day. The plastering is nice and smooth, and everything has been sealed and finished nicely.

An excellent job was done and all left clean and tidy. Couldn’t have been more pleased. But what really stood out was how they solved problems. This to me is the measure between a good company and an outstanding one. ! On their first visit after knocking all the plaster off etc, they discovered I had two door architraves, the joiner who was coming later had to be delayed whilst they sorted this . To cut a long story short this meant they had to stop work on a job they had only expected to last one day, and they were fully booked up. To overcome this they asked if they could come on a Sunday. Therefore the customer expecting them on Monday wasn’t delayed,and I was sorted. Excellent, excellent customer service and a hob really well done. Thanks.19

Ryan visited one of my rental properties to give me his opinion on whether damp treatment was required, following me already having had work done on my other rental property just next door. Ryan provided me with a detailed explanation on why my second property didn’t need treatment and also why it was unnecessary that it was done in the first. His advice saved me shelling out a further £3000 which was very much appreciated, as was the detailed explanation. No question was too much trouble.
